David OThe only problem I had was with the appliance dolly. One of the wheels was locked up and I didn't get to use it. The truck was clean and worked well and the people were great and exceptionally friendly.
DONALD WOnly thing for me that was a concern and not really a big concern was the ratchet straps latches needed to be lubricated which was not a big deal sprayed a little WD-40 on him and they worked fine other than that it was awesome to deal with them

Jan TAll of the tires were under inflated. I spent 20 minutes, $15, at an air pump machine getting them filled to 60psi when the recommended was 90. They were between 30-40. Anyway, the people at gold and silver are nice and efficient. I'm sure it was just an oversight.

jimmy dThe cargo box lights were inoperable which made loading and unloading at night difficult. Windshield wiper blades need replaced. Made it difficult to see when it was raining, especially at night. The cargo box leaked causing damage to several of our items.
