Easy to rent and easy to return. I have no improvement comments as it always seems smooth here.
ALFRED BTerrible experience. We received conflicting information, no one was willing to show us how to load the car onto the trailer despite assuring us twice on the phone that they would - so we canceled the trailer and scrambled to make other arrangements for how to get back after dropping the uhaul truck off at our destination. Disorganized and poor customer support.
CARISSA RI would highly recommend this U-Haul dealership to anyone. Araceli was great to work with and made sure we were satisfied with our experience. We couldn't have been more satisfied!!

WILLIAM WThey added insurance i didn't want. Location address given to me fron Uhaul took me to a private residence about 2 blocks away. Reservation truck was not ready when arrived (slated for repair couldnt be rented out) Reservation process on pickup should have taken about 10 minutes took well over half hour. They had to call in to figure out what to do.

She explains the proper use of the equipment and makes sure that we are set up and ready.Big Kudos to her!

WILLIAM HFigured I would take advantage of the 4.75 per gallon refuel charge since I was in a rush and only did a short trip. Was charged for 11 gallons of gas for a 21 mile trip. How does that make sense? I would expect maybe 3-4 gallons TOPS … unbelievable …. scammy and disgusting behavior, seems actually fraudulent, I’ll be disputing with my bank and I encourage others to do the same. Could be the next big class action of 2025!

She called me a couple of times to make sure I knew that she had tried to make my day better with the refund and all. Highly recommend her and gotcha covered uhaul

TIM KCell service at this location was very weak and the self service process was negatively impacted. It took me 45 minutes to get through the check in process. Very frustrating.

Wes STruck was clean, ramp had mechanical issues making it extremely hard to use. Didn’t know this until trying to use it at the remote location.
KIP SThe after hours check-in process seems excessively slow and complicated. The truck was low on fuel, 1/4 tank. That being said, I got to turn it in with 1/4 tank of gas. The truck was very clean and worked perfectly. Gas mileage was acceptable.
WILLIAM SParking is limited, open gates so we can get turned around and orient our map programs. Returning the truck , I feared I was blocking another customer from entering his personal vehicle…. He assured me he could manage.
YLONDA HThis location is in somewhat of cell dead zone making check in difficult if there was a WiFi network for customers to hoping it would have expedited the check in process
