The lady at this location went above and beyond - stayed late - to make sure I had my truck when i didnt realize my pick up location had been changed until the last minute. Very nice when arrived as well!

Jaucobie GMelissa is the greatest asset to this U-Haul location. So friendly and helpful. And yes the truck was clean with no issues. However, to get a truck with less than a quarter of a tank of gas was not what I expected. Had to go to the gas station first. But that was my only issue.

KENNETH MI want to continue to let anyone know that the CAB of the truck leaked near the driver seatbelt and had me driving the last 4,5 hours of the trip while soaking wet after running into major storms. The trip and the equipment was fine up to that point.

ALFRED HEverthing was great but I only drove 10 total miles and when I filled the gas tank it required 4,5 gallons; makes me wonder if the tank was originally filled all the way or does the truck only get 2,22 miles per gallon? Anyway, my overall experience was 5 stars.
Ronnie WThe people were incredibly kind and sweet. Our truck smelled like cigarette smoke and the door fit was terrible. We took it to another location to see about getting the door and mirror fixed, they did their best.
Eric OThis is a U haul comment pickup location staff were great.. I selected a one way rental, web site allowed 61 miles. I needed a 26 foot truck and the locations closest to me did not have them. I traveled 15 miles just to pick up the truck. ended up having to pay for 16 miles extra. This is Texas, adjust your miles allowed on one way rentals to 100 miles or have units moved between locations to accommodate customers.
