Made us wait when no one else was there, didn’t seem to know what he was doing, tried to charge us for gas when we just put gas in it at his pump, tried to charge us extra when we were dropping off early, took almost 45 to complete drop off

Sheila NI paid for two Dollie's but when I went to pick up the truck they told me that they didn't have Dollie's. They told we I would have to take it up with uhaul.

Matthew RThis pickup was. Second choice after my first reservation was closed and I didn't know what a virtual pickup was. I'll never use the Uhual app again I won't be using Ihual in the future. Your Fort Worth traffic manager couldn't change my rerun site to something closer so I had to drive to a dangerous part of town again to leave the truck. Louis at the grab and go did a good job but the overall rental experience was horrible. After 30 years of using UHaul I won't be using your company again.
Robert CExtremely easy drop off. It went quickly and smoothly. It's amazing what actually having staff in the location can do, unlike where I picked the truck up.
Kevan OThe first major issue was this location could not let me drop off the trailer because the contract did not list his location, because the contract listed a general phone number only. My frustration was he said he could not call and it had to be me to correct the contract. He should be able to take care of it. 30 minutes later I finally got it corrected and dropped off the trailer. This should have been a five minute transaction.
Steve GI was being charged 2-5$ for dust in my cab. I already swept the back out, but he was not satisfied with the cab I ask him give times he could have just ask me to dust it clean, please do not charge me I was short 6 cent before I left California and that was two hours deal, so please let me clean it up. He finily did let me and cancel the charges. But come on U-Haul we have to deep clean these truck's after paying too much already for them, ridicules I'll never recommend U-Haul or use them again.
Sara CMan wanted to charge me for dust in my cab so I spent 15 min cleaning dust from a cab that was already dusty in Barstow California were I came from, I will never use U-Haul again! 3 months of my rent for worst customer service ever. Line pH calls management was great from Barstow California to Texas that Rep she did her job on the pH!

William HIt was in a gas station and and there was only one attendant on duty so he had to take care of other customers it took a long time to get out of there with my rental also the attendant did not know the system well and had trouble getting me checked in had to try to do it multiple times
Asaph CGot charged for things I didn't do but what to say it's there way to not paid deposits back and I drop it off on the 16th and they said I kept it's longer when I turn it in a day early

Sivi DThis store is very filthy. Piles of junk and trash everywhere. The restroom was saturated in urine. The urine smell was overwhelming even at the cash register. The employees was friendly and helpful.

Gregory RWhen a customer brings a vehicle to be turned in it should be checked in immediately. I waited 5 days worrying about extra charges to incur. I contacted corporate and they assured me it would be checked in asap; however, it wasn't.
Annie RPerson (convenience store clerk) at this location had no knowledge of turn-in procedures. Uhaul's share prices is very cumbersome and difficult in areas with poor cell coverage

Rachel SVehicle was very loud. The catalytic converter appeared to be missing. Called the pickup location to inform them of the problem, and the woman that answered seemed aware and unaware of the issue. She disconnected the call before I could determine if she understood or not. I wouldn't say that she was rude, but there was a definite language barrier.
Moriah CThe gas station clerk didn't know what he was doing and it was very frustrating to deal with. When I came to return the equipment, it took him a while to greet me, and when he did, he approached with a snotty nose. Would not recommend this location to anyone I know.

Christian GThe drop off location did not have much room for trucks. Fortunately the staff working inside the convenience store was a very helpful. He moved trucks to proper locations for us.
Timothy MAt the drop off location there was very little space for our truck. Fortunately the guy working inside was willing to help us move the trucks to the correct area.
Timothy MHave equipment ready, better communication on internet connection/issues. I had to provide the store my hotspot so they could check me out (approx 25mn overall). Guy gave me keys to another truck and my reservation keys were still in the drop box. Other than that process would be smoother.
CRISTINA VI was very satisfied with my rental turn in. Especially with U-Haul being in the Texaco station. I turned in my truck and got snacks!!!

NICKOLAS HI was charged an extra day for rental fee even though I returned the truck at 10:50am on 11/28/2021. The email confirmation I received did not even specify exact return time.
Ahn SJames your rental agent at this location was efficient, knowledgeable andexcellent at explaining the whole process, and made this experiance very easy from start to finish! We will come back and willl recommend this location and servuce.
BETTY PNeed Better internet. The staff had difficulty finishing transactions continued to lose signal or very sow. Staff was great.
DIANA OI need it to rent a U-haul and this place save me! They close at 9:00 pm when other locations closed at 7:00 pm

ASHLEY RI took the rental person at the station over 30 minutes to figure out how to rent the truck out after I had done all the preliminary work online, should have been just a stop and grab the truck set up but the clerk couldn't figure it out and had to call several people to get the transaction done, won't go anywhere but the real uhaul centers in future.
