It to me 15 minutes to figure out what was going on. 45 to get out the door. When I spoke to the guy inside he acted as if he didn't know what was going on. Barely spoke English. He had to call someone else to walk him through what he had to do. And upon bringing it back he charged me for 50 miles but if you look at the odometer it wasn't near 50 miles. I'll be calling about that soon. He didn't even use the odometer because on my receipt it has miles out but no miles in. This place is a rip off. Still wondering why he didn't want me to do the contract on the app also.

Made us wait when no one else was there, didn’t seem to know what he was doing, tried to charge us for gas when we just put gas in it at his pump, tried to charge us extra when we were dropping off early, took almost 45 to complete drop off
