Everything was always very clean and very well lit. I had storage unit there for 5 years. I went many times and it was always accessible and felt safe. Everytime I went into the office I could see that the cameras were working and monitoring the facility. The gate code was a personal code but easy to remember, I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend.

I already did recommend Grandpa's Attic to a friend of mine who is renting a unit elsewhere. Her son was transferred from California to here and needed to store his furniture while he finds a place to live.

Stef and Katrina before her were exceptional. Stef was friendly, knowledgeable, direct, helpful, and just the best to work with. I needed a new lock and voila things happened. I highly recommend this facility. I asked lots of questions (some a second time) and she was always courteous and helpful. A++

The only down side is the dust/dirt from the freeway traffic got on everything.

We reserved and paid for a unit. We showed up during business hours and everything was shut down for the day. We hadn't been assigned a unit yet or setup or access code so we couldn't unload our stuff

Everything went well for moving in, the only comment I have about the facility is the storage unit was not clean or swept out prior to moving in. The lady at the front was very detailed and helpful.

Was never contacted about my reservation. I contacted them when I didn`t hear back for few days. After that it was straightforward. They even charged me less than the quoted price online.

Unit was dirty when I first looked at it but was cleaned by the time I moved in an hour later. Efficient and friendly office person.
