The manager was a micro managing controlling and rude. The manager continously harassed us stating we were there too long, (loitering) when in actually we were going thru and organizing out stuff, due to the fact we moved in a hurry. The manager put a time limit of 2 hr we could be there. The manager denied us the ability to talk to the owner when ask for is contact info. THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY STORAGE UNIT.

Everytime I went into the office I could see that the cameras were working and monitoring the facility. The gate code was a personal code but easy to remember, I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend.
