Great people to rent from. Very nice and friendly!
JEFFREY DI stood there for about 10 minutes. One guy was on the phone and did not say a word. And another walked out of the bathroom and straight on the computer. I believe his name is Larry. Never asked to help me or anything like he was above everyone. I had to say excuse me but can you tell me what I need to do with the tow dolly. Oh just leave it and back to typing on the computer.. a total jerk..

CARMEN MThe only lacking the truck was the windshield wipers suck! They are all cheap! Going through a thunderstorm almost stopping because of pore quality visibility! That is my ONLY complaint....work on the wipers! On all trucks! PLEASE

Jennifer PI didn't personally return the auto transport to this location because my towing vehicle broke down. But uhaul provided me with roadside assistance, and a tow truck returned the auto transport to this location.
Eric RThe pick up location and employees were great. Corporate Uhaul…worst experience I've ever had. Rented an auto transport and received a self check in link the morning of pickup. Went through the arduous process of uploading photos and accepting terms on the app. Went about my business and used the trailer. A few hours later receive call from corporate Uhaul asking if I still planned on picking up the trailer. Told them I already did. He lost his mind and started chewing me out saying I wasn't under contract and I stole the trailer. He said he was calling the police to report it stolen. Told him that was a Uhaul problem and they shouldn't have sent me a self check in link then he hangs up on me. Whatever. Brought the trailer back to the location after hours. Monday receive another call asking if I still needed the trailer. Explained I already used it and dropped it back off. Next day another call asking when I was bringing it back. Next day location calls and asks if I can swing by so they can check me in and check me out. What a S show

Nelson MGreco's was well run and efficient. Customer care was paramount. I had an issue, which was handled in a superior way. I would recommend this location to anyone, and will probably use them again soon.
Lee P3 lights were not working, and no trailer stand which makes it very difficult to hitch onto a truck
pitt mWasn't the location I requested…had to drive 50 minutes out of my way to get there. They didn't have the dolly in the truck that I had already paid for and the place was closed so couldn't get ahold of anyone. Had requested a 20 foot truck and had to take a 26 foot truck. I wish they let me know about the appliance dolly I had to purchase one…main reason for the rental in the first place.
Sandra DI'm very unhappy with the overall service of u-haul The original location to pick up my rental called me the day of the rental and said that I they did not have it on Hand and that I would have to travel 47 miles to pick up the trailer. They gave me a lousy $30 discount not too happy with uhaul at all
Patrick OOrdered a utility cart and when I got to my location the utility cart wasn't there. Have been credited for the cart but could have used it in the move. Personal was very nice just should have revised the order. When I called uhaul about the utility cart, wait time was an hour! That's unexceptable.

Roy DI was charged more than quoted without explanation, the owner called and texted me to come in earlier although I had scheduled a specific time, so I respected his wishes and completed the transaction over the phone. When I picked up the truck my equipment rental was not included although I paid for it.
Alexander BProvide a broom. I would have liked to sweep it out when I returned it. It was so much easier to drive than I thought. I was afraid of the size at first! The seat was more comfortable than my own car! Very pleased!

Gregg DWe had to drive over an hour away to pick up the tow trailer. We were having difficulty getting a 26 foot truck to rent in the immediate area. Mr. Greco found us a 26 foot truck and hitched the tow trailer onto the truck for us and our car onto the tow trailer. He was super nice, very professional, and really treated us with kindness. Great owner, great business and respected our needs so graciously. Fortement recommandé!
Margaret GI appreciate uhal for the service. The only thing was wrong. When your coming to a stop to press on the breaks it would skip. Other than that i made it back safely.

EUNICE HThe cab was filthy. Coffee drips, food crumbs on dash board, dusty, just dirty overall. Given that we're in a Pandemic, I would have expected the cab would have been wiped down after someone else used it! I thoroughly wiped down the entire cab myself before we used it. Also I got there when they were open and they directed me to use the App to pick up the truck. Cell service sucks there and I got no response from the I reent attempts on my cell to log in. They quietly closed and left leaving me high and dry. I did call UHaul 800 number and the assistant Rachel was fabulously helpful!! Lastly I rented 2 bags of moving blankets and a furniture dolly and none of that was in the truck. Rachel arranged for a different UHaul location in Fonda to supply me with the items, but I had to drive there to get them. Entire ordeal put me almost 2 hours behind my schedule to leave for Pennsylvania. Nit impressed at all.

brenda hWe had to clean the truck. In this age of COVID, that's unacceptable. There were no instructions regarding ez pass. We rented it for one day. We picked it up 8:30am and returned it at 8:30pm. We were charged for FOUR DAYS. We wanted to support a local business. I won't go back.

Roy DUhaul was double booked at another location I was supposed to pick it up at. They sent me to this location. Uhaul was literally just returned and had spills in the cup holder and smelled terribly of smoke the entire 2 days I drive in it( I don't smoke). Was disgusting. The manger offered to clean it but I was already delayed because if having to drive out there to get it. Definitely did not get compensated enough for this inconvenience nor with the condition of the uhaul.
