Windshield was bug splattered. 12 volts did not work,could not charge phone or use gps.no cruise control.

John DI made a reservation for friday for 3pm. I made the reservation at 11 am. When i got to the location to pick up the equipment there was a note on the door that said her children were sick and she had to take them to the hospital. I would think i would have gotten at least an email or text to let me know before i gave up 6 hours of overtime expecting to get the equipment. I was not offered a discount or any explanation from the woman at the desk and find that kind of unprofessional in my opinion.

Julie LGreenback didn't have a Jack to lift 12 foot trailer onto my hitch so I got a smaller trailer. Get them a Jack! There was broken glass in my trailer that I cleaned up. Drop off was a breeze.

AMANDA DWhen I picked up the truck it was raining and the flat overhang over the passenger window needs to have some kind of down rubber angled guard so you don't get poured on getting in the driver door.

BRIAN HA dirty face mask and a bottle of water was in the truck before I entered it. The 20 foot truck I rented car was unaligned by 30 degrees to the left. It made my drive extremely dangerous and I was afraid I was going to wreck or get pulled over for failing to maintain my lane. Please check your cars before letting be rented for long trips.

Manton KNo one was here when I dropped off the truck. The website was down for scheduled maintenance, so I couldn't use that. I had to call a representative to turn in the truck. THAT part was great, very smooth.
Donna MI would suggest they check all cargo trailers. The one I rented was full of broken glass.

TERESA PThe location was very friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be that the U-Haul trailer only had an old, flat four pin electrical plug which did not fit my 2013 GMC pickup, thus I had to run around to find an adaptor for the trailer lights. Shopping for this adaptor was unexpected and unappreciated. Again, this is not a criticism of the Greenback location but that if the U-Haul trailer equipment.
JORDON Rthe tow dolly is not big enough to haul a 05 Honda odyssey van, for a person with no experience it could cause problems.

Gilbert BGreat Customer Service and respect full and fast. The truck was in horrible condition. There was a leak in the roof causing $250 + more in water damages. it was a 3-4 day rental and the water got in and ruined portraits picture, other irresponsible picture and custom made framing include a dinning table and chairs, and a 2 seater sofa. The inner tiers were both flat. We put air in them both before we left, they got deinflated again on the way to Tennessee and almost got ran off the road because of the tiers. And the truck was returned like this so the inner were still flat when returned. It get worse, the transmission is bad on the truck when you try to go in reverse at times it dose not move. and when and if you get it to move there was already many cars approaching us almost causing an accident. This is the worst uhaul experience i have ever had ever. On my way over to Tennessee i was worried for my life and given no choice but to keep driving with a hole in my roof flat tiers after we put air in them and a bad transmission. Please fix that truck ASAP.
