U Haul should add the customer service hours of each pick up and drop off location to the contract document. Some arrangements have the hours provided, others do not. The Greenback Self Storage management are patient, courteous, and flexible with drop off needs, both during open and close hours.
John DEven the women who came on the screen was very rude and hung up before we could ask questions. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE SKILLS!!!
Michael SWhen they printed the contract the Mile out they printed as 12217 however when I checked the mileage in the truck it showed as 12339. It’s not fair
Rajan VExcellent service. I dropped my truck off at 7:45 am and a kind worker met me in parking lot. He scanned my key and said “have a nice day”! It was fast and easy. I also used my U-Haul app through the whole process. I will use U-Haul again. Thanks.
