Uhaul agent and truck great. Two movers provided by UHaul location at $560 for three hours were terrible. Slow moving, carrying one small box at a time, wouldnt use dollies provided, we had to repack lots of truck and finish loading truck. Movers ruined UHaul experience. Would not do again, felt like I wasted my $ on two movers.Carl H.

Love that grumpy old guy. Let me stay with the truck til Sunday to help my mom move out to Wabash last min, I had to return the truck really early but it was still nice since it was extremely busy and extremely limited on availability any where I looked. The gas cap was missing. There was a missing knob on dashboard. The zip tie connecting dolly to truck breaks very easily and we are charged for a dolly which we do not use. This also occurred the last time we rented a truck.Daniel F.

Called twice the day before with no returned call. Showed up at store at 5:25 the day before and the store was already closed. Other customers were already there looking to rent. So I took the chance the next morning theyd be ope n with rucks to rent. The window of truck I got had been rolled down over night during rain storm.David M.

Owner is rude and the van is dirty and showed "change engine oil soon". Owner of this store is very dishonest, after we made the reservation online he modified our reservation and added some insurance/product we didn't want/selected. We got charged for it and when I tried to call him he hang up on me. I had overall good experience with U-HAUL but this will be my last visit at this location.Tao G.

The gentleman working at the location was rude. The uhail interior was full of dog or cat hair. Once on the road to location we needed to pack, discovered the ac did not work. The roof leaked and damaged a desk in transit.James S.

The location was overbooked so I needed to return the truck sooner than my reservation stated. Additionally, They did not have all items for moving that I had reserved. Then, was told to just use a regular dolly and packing materials that were already in the truck; however, when I arrived at my location the items were not there. The truck was also dirty with spills and crumbs. I would not recommend this location.lindsey H.

My only complaint is that there was a dolly and bag of blankets zip tied in the back of the truck. We did not want them, but had to leave them in the truck and would be charged if we used them. The main problem was that they took up a decent amount of space in the back of the truck.Ryan M.

The customer service was beyond exceptional. Very understanding, friendly, and personable. They were also accommodating to our unexpected rental needs, and explained anything in detail about the rental process. My only complaint was the condition of the rental itself. While it was clean, it was badly banged up. However, we understand that there is high demand and doing a rental on a Saturday, this was all that was available.Ellen L.

Exchanged vehicle with full tank because recieved on full tank. Returned second contract 15' at a quarter tank following my contract because it was recieved at a quarter tank and charged to fill it up at return. WTF Uhaul is intentionally issuing illegal fees. No manger would get on the phone. I spent hours orchestrating the truck transfer with customer service representatives requesting illegal activities. First issue rep tried to force me to contact roadside assistance when there was not a mechanical issue with truck because she was trained not to do her job in routing and to force people to use roadside for issues not related. When i asked for her supervisor she transfer me to roadside instead after i had already wasted HOURS waiting to speak with her department. Two seperate reps acknowledged the illegal activity and informed it didnt meet SOP. One rep finally got me to a supervisor that intentionally put me on hold for an hour knowing this issue and that was at the store waiting. Finally got a rep to help me in person, the only one of the bunch with common sense. He got me on my way but I had to fill up myself as it was provided only at a quarter tank. Then to find out I was charged to fill up the truck was just the nail in coffin. So many supervisers and reps touched this and were TOO comfortable with this illegal activity that Im reporting it to BBB and the Indiana Attorney General. Guarenteed this is common practice especially the forced use of roadside assistance!Kia R.

Location was good. I reserved the truck at 8 am and was not able to pick it up until because I was not sent the information I needed to pick it up early. Additionally I was flagged as being suspicious which is very offensive. Overall uhaul needs to re think how they do things. Had a 9am reservation. This location reportedly opens at 9am, but when I arrived just prior to 9am there were several customers waiting outside, and the business was unoccupied and locked. Somebody eventually arrived around 9:40am, but never offered any explanation or apology and was a little hostile and dismissive towards the many frustrated customers. Several of the vehicles that were to be used that day had not been checked in yet from previous usage, so additional time had to be taken to get them checked back in and properly equipped before they could be sent back out with reservation holders. I had reserved extra moving blankets, and by the time they were actually ready to process my check out, they had no moving blankets left. I wasn't on the road until 11am (2 hrs after my reservation), and never got the moving blankets that I'd reserved. This was a frustrating and potentially expensive waste of time on what is already a long and difficult moving day. Staffing and attitude issues aside, the equipment that I did receive was decent, and the check-in and out process seemed pretty efficient once the equipment was ready to be rented out. But the delays and overall disorganization definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, and the same is true for most of the other dozen or so customers that were there that morning.Spencer M.
Our uhaul was given away to someone else. Everyone there was so rude. We ended up getting a much smaller truck and then was told we took the dolly and the furniture pads when the truck never had those inside when we got it and we didn't rent those items with the truck. The young woman handling the front could be more friendly. She definitely gave off the vibe of not wanting to be there. I don't think she was trying to be rude, but her personality was far from engaging. A simple hello, eye contact, and a smile go a long way. But overall the process of reserving a truck, using it, and returning it was simple and easy.Ruth D.

Ordered a rental in Bloomington Indiana and of course thought we had that and turns out we had to go to Greenwood to pick up. Never would have known this if I just didn't happen to look at the email the day before. UHAUL SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION UNLESS THEY CALL YOU AND LET YOU KNOW.
