Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSelf pick up and return did not work well. I continued to get messages to pick up truck for days after I had already returned. I put gas in truck and they charged me for gas. The older gentleman that help me with pick up key was rude and a smart ass. Can't get in and out of lot. Spent a half hour just trying to pull out. Last but not least, the truck ran like crap and squealed the entire time. Thank you for your time
David AYou guys doing a great job but the price is very expensive.
KHADIM TUnfortunately customer service was lacking , the employee was angered about everything and the 3 other people before me and several after said it was the worst experience they had ever had. I had waited over an hour to get help even though I had reserved a truck and helped people dropping off before even acknowledging I was even there. I will not return to this location.
Jeremy DThe truck was dirty. The seat was ripped to hell. It rattled while driving. Also they messed up my reservation and its not the first time that location has done it
