Your pricing is a tad higher. I would have gone to a different location, but they weren't open on the day I needed my equipment.

rental guy was not very friendly .... hopefully he was just having a bad or off day but will not be back to this location! For $75 I spent I wouldâ€™ve went elsewhere. Rental was nice but very dirty floorboards and dusty arm rest.

Remember customers are your main source. Make sure your employees work in an appropriate manner. This location may want to be more u haul and not what appers to be part pet shop.

For starters the map took us to an old location. When we stated we were at the address but couldnt see the truck a man called and said he didnt see us. Asked where we were and I said my GPS took me to the location I rented the truck from but I dont see a uhaul center. Hes like what's by you? I said a pizza place and a liquor store. He said I'm no where near a liquor store. I said um I'm off whiteland road and 31 and he said your way off and rudely said to come up north to the right place. When I pulled up he was smoking out front and rolled his eyes like I ruined his quit time. This doesnt look like a liquor store does it? He said. I showed him the map on my phone and he said that was the location 6 months ago! If he knew were it took me he could have just nicely redirected me instead of being rude. Then my sister in law and I followed him into the building and his little chuwawa was laying behind his desk and hes like stupid dog do your job!! And pointed at myself and my sil. We looked at each like is he trying to get his dog to attack us?! Then he asked me if I rented it online and I said yes. He said did you fill in all the info? And I said yes and hes like it said you uploaded your license but I dont see it so redo it. I said can I just give you my license and hes like no go back online and redo it. So I had to go back through it all. Then he said your getting the 14 dollar coverage right because you need it for when you wreck it. I said I wasn't planning on it but okay add it. So the truck is 19.99 plus 14 that's 34. He said yes plus 99 cents a mile. I said okay not sure how many miles we will use but we need it to drive from Franklin to Greenwood to move my sister in law. He said okay. I said so we are probably looking around 40ish dollars and he said ya just depends on the miles. He asked for a card and my sister in law gave him her work card and he swiped it and said since it's not a credit card it's going to charge her an automatic 100 dollars but she would get most of it back after we returned the truck. We agreed to still do it since he said it would total around 40 dollars. Then he printed off a form that said that our estimated charges after everything would be 49.79 but that was guessing high. And handed me the keys and said it's the only one outside. I said I've never drove a uhaul before and he rolled his eyes and said we close at 7 and the dog and I are ready for bed. So we headed outside to figure out the truck with no instructions. I couldnt figure out how to re adjust the seat or mirrors or steering wheel so it was a very uncomfortable drive as I'm rather short at 5'1. Then we returned it around midnight and we had rented it till 4am but finished early. I returned it with a full tank of gas and put the key in the box upfront. Then went home and went to bed. When I woke up this morning I had an email with information saying if we didnt hit a button online when we returned it we would be charged 20 dollars and then another ema

Rented trailer, trailer looked in bad shape. TailLight did not work on trailer. I had to splice and reconnect wires myself to get the light to work so I will not get a ticket when traveling with it. I told employees upon return, and all they said was thanks for letting them know, have a good day. I paid over $100 and had to provide maintenance to the trailer myself. Unacceptable.

When I dropped off the truck when I was finished They forgot to check me back in until I called them 2 days later , I also believe they over charged me for gas once I returned the truck.

Returning the truck was much easier than picking it up. Truck 24/7 on the return ONLY was seemless and easy to understand. The location was a little hard to find in the dark and a little difficult to maneuver with the large 26' truck, but with a little help it was fine. Everything that we needed to interact with at this location for Truck 24/7 was easy to find and use.

your app doesnt work very well. I was not able to upload a picture of the gas - odometed despite multiple attempts. Also, the key was not in the lock box. I would not have able to pick up the truck if the office was closed. I have zero confidence in using this app to rent a Uhaul. Your mobile app product team has more work to do.

The check in email didn't quite work the way we had hope but the customer rep in the store was very helpful to get us completed and on our way. One thing I would say is that had we not talked to the rep in the store and the attendant in the lot we would not have found our furniture pads that were on the porch with no name on them. We would have assumed they were inside the truck.

The gentlemen with the dog is a complete ASSHOLE. He does NOT belong in the customer service industry. Heâ€™s short tempered, grumpy, and just Mean. I will never rent from this location again because of this man.
