Rented 2 trucks here last week the first 15' was not fit to drive down the street and both had exhaust leaks had check engine lights and got 5 miles to the gallon so I'm guessing their just straight piped where the cats used to be. I will never use U-Haul again and I'm going to make a suggestion our Corporate office quits the entire Company Nationwide using them as well.
BRYAN S.They overcharged me three times and did a refund that I still don't have. Also what they charged me doesn't match what their receipts show. Horrible service and I'm now in the negative on my bank account due to this. In addition, no one at Uhaul that can fix this issue works on weekends per corporate. Never again!
