JACK TI absolutely hated the drop off process. How incredibly insensitive of U-Haul to force customers to jump through such hoops after a long and laborious day of moving. I should NOT have had to take pictures, sign up for anything, or download your app. Returning the truck took three times as long as it did to get the keys. The location I rented from was great. The gentleman working there was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process of renting the truck the easiest part of my day. But you forced me to download an app, so I feel forced to choose another company in the future.

Erik FTechnology was not performing effectively which was not the fault of the agent. He tried to access the national website but it crashed. He was very helpful and professional.
Gary BWe dropped off after closing hours so we can't rate other than they had a lock box for after closing which really helped us. UHaul corporate is a nightmare and prefers non-contact pickup and drop off. If there is problem, good luck. UHaul made our move chaotic and customer service is very difficult to get through to and doesn't seem to care about the customer and chaos UHaul caused by changing our pick up location the night before to 25 miles away from where we needed the truck.
Brian MI Did not recieve the dolly I paid for, had to walk almost a half mile to get the truck since it wasn't at the location stated. Drove less than 20 miles, gauge still on full and he charged me $9 fuel surcharge.

John MWhen we first arrived! The person in chrg was not in office yet! Not that professional! There were nicer treks but they gave us a trk not as nice & I reserved trk over a week prior! Can't say terrible experience but not top of line place for sure!

EDWIN GThey told me to use after hours return and it wasn't after hours. The lady was ride ajd said the guy told me how to return online, wjen I picked up truck , but she was wring he didn't tell me and why use after hours when I wasn't after hours ? Then got charged for not using app

EDWIN GHorrible experience. No Person there at location during business hours. My family had to sit in the car for over 45 minutes while I checked in the truck. Back and forth with U-haul check in on the phone. I will not use u haul again because of this excerience. I will use penske or another company. Also another guy complained about the place while I was there.

Steven TStaff not very friendly. Did not have items of extras in stick so unable to get the moving blankets requested in online order. Staff didn't really care about renting andade it seem like a waste of time for him.
Tammy MAsked for a dolly and an appliance dolly. We did not get the appliance dolly, and we had two big freezers to move. We were picking up before store open,so we had to use lock box. The lock was so old you could no longer read the letters. Had to wait for store to open. In the mean time I have Uhaul movers being paid to stand around doing nothing. On line it says store opens at 8:30. The sign at the store says nine. The clerk was no help he kelp saying he had nothing to do with the box. We did talk him into trying but he couldn't open it either. The check in process was even worse. Follow directions on return box 20 times at least. Could not get the website to respond. Was going to contact support but could not find a phone number. The only option it gave me was to chat. So I open a chat. It ask me what I needed with support. I explain I needed help with returning a truck. It said hold on for representative. After 10 minutes of no response I ended chat. I tried chat again. After 20 minutes still no responds. After 45 minutes of trying to return a truck, I gave up and put key in box without checking it in.
Robert DI have yet to receive my receipt this is why I don’t like emails they aren’t reliable and they couldn’t print me one and said it would be sent to email so someone needs to fix this problem if I can get text messages from you why can’t I get my receipt back text messages he said it would be a few minutes before I would get it it’s been hours sorry but that’s not working for me please send my receipt or explain why not
