This was the worst experience, he didn’t have what we had on our reservation and didn’t even try to find the dolly and blankets that we needed. Changed our destination to Franklin Ohio which was 2 hours away from where we were going so we got charged for mileage that we shouldn’t have been charges, which then caused a over draft on my bank account , never gave me my copy of the paperwork and I could go on and on. I will never use U-Haul again. Worse mistake was using them. I am still trying to get everything fixed with them and already had enough stress plus now all of this. I should be happy to be where I am now but instead I am stressed because I am stuck here with no money until I get paid because of their mistake and still have not been credited for the money took out. Calling Customer service is really no help they will tell you a manger will call and they never do. Terrible customer service, terrible service from the start!.

JOSHUA RFirst of all I was supposed to get a call from upper management not from a location but upper customer service management that I never got. Second the guy at my pickup location made me wait until he finished his cigarette to even help me. Gave me no info on how to hook the car on the dolly, gave me a dolly with a broken chain that he told me was ok and then the wiring harness to the dolly was not working so the lights on the tow dolly where blinking on and off the whole drive. There’s so much more I can add but idk if my essay would fit on here.
Ulices RThe location was clean and easily accessible. The staff at the drop-off location was very friendly and helpful. I would choose this location to pick-up or drop off a U-haul again.
Jeffrey SThere was no one there when I dropped off the trailer even though it was inside the posted business hours. A couple of phone calls the next day got it checked in.
