Suppose to open at 930 rolls in 945. U-Haul was not ready as requested. Additional items not in truck had to carry them my self to truck down hill. Check in was nightmare. Could not use POC as they are same phone plan - different phone. Not sure I would ever use again nor recommend

I waited over an hr for employee to show only to be told by nearby business that I had to go across hiway to another location. Phone number was listed on door, but no one answered nor returned my call.
