Took them days before I was cleared for the rental return and several calls directly to U-Haul. Terrible return experience.

Randy HCharged me for gas mileage and o didn't even go over the miles. Also, we filled the truck back to its original gas mileage and I was still charged.
Deanna BLocation was closed, but that wasn't the problem. Problem with the app caused this return to take near an hour. I was getting 3 bars, but there seemed to be issues uploading the images and setting the location. Very frustrating experience.
Rodney BBoth pick-up and drop-off providers were exceptional. The trailer worked well for the trip and no issues. Appreciate the support folks.
