DOUGLAS BMr. Hall was very helpful in helping us pick up a trailer. We had reserved a trailer at a different location & town. The location address that we received for the initial reservation was inaccurate. After determining the correct address, the person at the original location was not on site. We called, text and knocked on the door to no response. I called U-haul customer support for help. They got no response from the contact person on my original reservation (which was SA Everett Real Estate). Customer service was able to find an available trailer in another town 45 minutes away. Mr. Hall personally called us and assured us he would be available to fill our reservation. His courtesy and professionalism helped us in our time of need. We had people scheduled to help us move and the inconvenience caused by the dealer not being at our first U-Haul reservation location was very frustrating. Mr. Hall gets a 10/10 for the service he provided for us.
