The owner is rude, the truck whines and squeaks and the headlight is wobbly and doesn’t work.

Well whatever manager was on duty, basically called me asking what time I’d be done cause another customer was bugging him about renting a U-Haul. I had the truck reserved until 3pm. Don’t call me about another customer when I’ve already paid . It’s first come first serve

Ralph PYou can’t get anyone on the phone at all. I turned it on Monday the 18th, tried to call them and tried to check in online and couldn’t. Sent text messages to a number that had contact me regarding rental on Sunday when I picked up and got no response at all!! Told representative when I got the truck I more than likely would be turning it in on Monday and she plainly said then you won’t be charged for that day!! I was charged anyway! Front left head light on uhaul was coming out of truck as you drive down the road. Every time we stopped I had to push it back into place. Actual head light was also filled completely with water and didn’t work so I’m glad we didn’t need to drive at night. I’ve tried to call to resolve billing mistake and still haven’t gotten a call back yet. So at this point I got a truck that was falling apart and got charged for an additional day I didn’t even have the truck!!
Gillian JThey tried to give us a smaller truck at the time of pickup, and when that wouldn't work, they gave us a truck somebody had just returned with an empty gas tank. While we did appreciate them adjusting our price for fuel, we still had to put more gas than the cost of the adjustment allowed to get to where we needed to go. Also, the representative only wanted to communicate with me through text, which I feel is very unprofessional, especially when we had reserved the truck we needed with enough of a notice and had already received a confirmation email stating the specific size truck requested would be ready and available to us at the time of pickup.
