I don't believe any improvements can be made excellent costumer service.

I felt bad about having to park at a pump after hours, but there was no other parking available.

David RThere was nothing wrong with this location, but it was closed. I may be old school, but I like dealing with a live person. When I picked up the truck, I told them what location I wanted to return the truck to, one that was open, but I was given the closest to my house instead. Otherwise, the experience was positive.

Krista WUhaul has outstanding dealers who go out of their way to accommodate clients. When trying to use Uhaul's website, it automatically added additional charges and DID NOT allow an edit at the check out. To clear this mistake, it required a 25 minute wait to speak to a rep. Later, I got a text for on-line check-in. I was directed to a dealership 50 minutes away. I called again. Another 15 minute wait, so I trying the "Live Chat" option. No one was on "Live Chat" even after waiting an hour and 6 minutes. I called again and waited 15 minutes. I picked a local dealer, based on hours of operation. Unfortunately, Uhaul doesn't tell you that there is a good chance you will not be dealing with that dealer. Uhaul picked a location for me, regardless of its location and hours of operation. I will never deal with Uhaul again through the internet. The local dealers are outstanding, but the national company is a farce.
Dale DMaybe train them a little bit better. Teach them some interpersonal communication skills and do not call the customer a liar. the lady I spoke with did give me a few extra miles which it was appreciated but basically called me a liar about pass U-Haul rentals and my overall experience which was extremely off-putting.

Michael Cthe mobile check in was a horrible experience. pics that i was looking at on my device were crystal clear and app said they were fuzzy... 3 calls (disconnected twice) and nearly 30 minutes on the phone with a service rep to rectify made me late for my appointment. beyond that, clean and reliable low mileage vehicle was great, exactly the experience one expects from U-Haul

Erika MThis was not my drop-off location. The drop-off location on my contract was P C Resale & Consignment 106 Cherry RD NW, Massillon, OH 44646 (330)837-4723. No one was at the location when I got there at 5 mins to 5pm on Monday Sept 9th. I call the above number and let them know of the drop-off. I would not recommend P c Resale & Consignment to anyone.

DONALD C5 star rating for the Hammers Marathon Service location. They saved the day for us after P C Resale and Consignment dropped the ball. We called Hammers Marathon and they were quickly on the ball in getting us the service we needed. I will definitely recommend them to everyone we know and the next time we have UHAUL needs we will make a personal request for this location. Excellent experience.

Terry BThe owner of hammers marathon was excellent in handling your site shutdown glitch. It was quite frustrating as I stated to the representative that called me at 7:10 asking if I was able to get my truck that was scheduled for pick up at 4pm. It ended up taking 45 min to get the truck from the station when I signed up for 24/7 which should have taken less than 5 min. I understand things happen but I was on a tight schedule and had people waiting for me for to assist in the move that they then had to wait. I would have appreciated better customer service from your representative. My time and the time of the others should be understood and compensated.

Mark MI originally made arrangements in Akron, because I was moving only 10 miles. Then I received a call the next day to pick up the Uhaul in Massillon. So I have to pay miles from Akron to Massillon, the move and then back to Massillon. This is disturbing. The guy in Massillon was nice but the people in Akron need help!
