My original pick up was a deli / cash check place in canton on Tusc, However when I went to pick it up , there was a person sleeping in the unlocked cab
DANIEL LI would strongly recommend NOT using the mobile pickup option. I had so much trouble, from getting it to work on my phone, to not being able to open the lock box without a key, despite receiving and entering the 4-digit code! Thankfully a Hammer’s employee was still at work after hours to help, otherwise I would not have been able to pickup my vehicle. The entire process took nearly 30 minutes - very dissatisfied with that aspect of the process.

Sharon JThe bottom mirror on the passenger side was cracked and the front grill was cracked. The engine light stayed on. Also the lock box wouldn’t fully lock when I returned my vehicle. Otherwise it did what it was supposed to do. 3/5 stars
