The drop off location was changed afterwards. And I was told to return to my original location even tho online I marked flushing as my drop off point. The paperwork shows flushing so I dunno why in uhaul system told me to drop at original location

Great customer service, the attendant helping me is excellent, the return process was super easy and it makes it even easier that it's a gas station so you can just fill the gas tank back up

Frist they lied about not have a one way truck then so have too bring back the truck so I had too put more miles and when I did bring the truck back I had too argue with the employee I’m trying to put gas in the truck and he’s taking pictures of the gas gage and I’m not done putting gas in the truck

I've never had such an easy experience renting and returning a rental. They helped me hook the trailer up and when I pulled in to return the rental they were right there being helpful as well.

Check the vehicles for cleanliness and odors before lending. It was the only vehicle available at the time, but I should not have had my belongings stained and absorbing a stench (even while wrapped). The debris that I found triggered someone's OCD, which let to a snowball effect that could've been avoided if the truck had been maintained properly.

The customer service representative at this location was broom sweeping the back of the truck when I arrived and he had it ready to go. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I returned the truck the same gentleman was there and he was just as helpful. I cannot say enough nice things about him and this location.
