The app would not work, spent over 40 mins on a call with support dept…. Late to arrive for moving and returned before completed moving do to this delay. Had help lined up that was unable to help. Not happy with experience at all. Stood in the rain to troubleshoot via chat and telephone with 11 % battery life….

Truck was not ready at the agreed upon time, had to go in and essentially sign a new rental agreement and was not able to take the truck until 3,5 hours after the agreed upon time for this reason. Also in talking to Uhaul customer support there was no offer to remedy this situation other than "wait for the store to open and talk to the owner".

The cab of the truck was clean and well maintained. When we picked up the truck, the box was slightly dirty, with some actual dirt in the space above the cab.

No idea how uhaul can get away with not having snow tires mounted and then rented to customers. The truck is scary as hell to drive in snow. I have no problem with the staff working at either locations. They are friendly and helpful. That truck tho, is not meant to be driven in snow

Perhaps include gas for long distance moves the owner at this location is helpful understanding and does a good job. I hate U-Haul though and I will always hate uhaul please don't use them it's all not worth it
