Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation is unorganized when I arrived - Trucks everywhere. Should have to return with a full tank, not try to return it to some part level. Stupid. The self return was clear and good.
Norman WA mix of professional and unprofessional behaviour. The truck offered to me at the original Shell location had serious frontend damage. Despite that, the paperwork was completed and key handed over to me without specifying the damage. Upon noticing the broken headlight and severely damaged bumper, I refused to drive the truck in this condition. The regional manager was contacted whose initial response was that the truck was safe to drive despite the broken glass still lodged in the headlight and bumper almost touching the tire. Later, he located another truck nearby (Hands On Car Wash) and the store manager at Shell (Arjun) was very kind to drive me there. Much appreciated. All in all, it took me more than an hour to pick up the truck that was reserved weeks ago guaranteed at a completely different location. I had to pay extra to the movers who had arrived to load the truck. Finally, the equipment was not clean and there were cigarette butts on the floor. I wish U-Haul had some competition.
