I returned the uhaul after hours so did not talk to anyone at the location.. it is great that it can be dropped off after hours. I would certainly use this service again, if needed

Have gas tank full, otherwise we were happy with our rental.
Brenda L.Asvise the customer that the furniture pads go back in the plastic bags for return. This is stated on the bags, but who thinks to read print on a plastic bag? Also, if you want the plastic bags to be reused, don't tie them so tight that the bag has to be ripped open to get the pads out. Minor complaint. Thanks
Roger C.Have better tires we got 2 flat tires that took a long time to fix. The brake on trailer kept going up and getting stuck. We got stuck because of the crappy tires.
Sharon L.The truck was dirty from inside smoking smell and dog hair in front and also broken glasses inside were found as well. Later, after dropping off i was charged a cleaning fee which i found was not appropriate and no one bothered to tell me before charging. I called back and shawn area manager refunded back those charges to me. I would definitely recommend to everyone but please make sure to check the condition of the truck
