Created the online app and filled out info for Happy Tire. I called for info and left a message. Return call was quick. Juan was very thorough in explaining the rental. When arrived at shop, ppwk and truck were ready. The process was smooth and quick. Thank you Juan for your excellent service. Dr. B

Luiz FExplanation of costs. I was not expecting the amount that I was charged. When I set up the reservation, the price was one amount but when I picked up the truck, the price tripled. I am very disappointed with the service and will NEVER use UHaul again.

It took 30 minutes to complete everything, I thought I was good to go when I got there. There was only one truck on the lot when I got there. I would not recommend this location.
Joseph CI arrived half an hour early he was quick to take care of my business while running his tire business. I hired a helper he was a little delayed I called and they're happy tire said no problem they're there till seven don't worry about it. I returned the truck and parked it where he had it went and spoke to him told him everything went fine he asked if the gas was put back at three-quarter which it was and he was very kind and polite and accommodating. Very professional

EDWARD PI refilled the gas tank back to a quarter of the tank and was charged almost $50 for gas after I dropped off the vehicle. They did not check the fuel gauge while I was on-site, only after I left.

Lisa CThe pickup process was very difficult. I reserved a truck to pick up, but when I arrived, the location was closed. I called the location's phone number and they picked up but advised I had to call Uhaul to receive the code to get the keys from the after-hours box. I was then directed to my email to pick up the vehicle via the electronic log-in process. It took 30 minutes to complete the process, including having the agent call one of my contacts to ensure I was who I said I was. The phone numbers I entered into the website for my contacts was rejected by the website and it was difficult on the person who was helping me on the website. It was very difficult and frustrating. The pickup process needs to be worked on and communicated more effectively. I would not recommend anyone use Uhaul with the current system.
Scott CThe truck was riddled with dents and large scratches, but the inside was clean. When we dropped it off at exactly where the tank was at pickup, the guy said we're going to be charged for gas because it's not full. He said that's "U-Haul's rules". I happened to take a picture of the tank level before we left and he backed off of that statement after I showed it to him and told him he can tell U-Haul what he wants, but we have proof of how much gas was already in there.
Ty EThe truck was an hour and a half late for pick up and I was guaranteed a truck at 11am. Didn't actually get it until 1pm. I am pissed off and will never rent again. I paid full price and had the truck less than 5 hours. Needless to say I will tell all my friends to find someone with a trailer before they rent a damn uhaul.
Nicholas EHave better signage outside. It was a bit difficult to find if it wasn't for the uhaul trucks parked right next to it otherwise I wouldn't have passed it up.!!!
Carlos mThe owner of the business deceived me and told me I could bring the truck back at 8pm without paying for an additional day, then he called me the day of and HASSLED me and told me I had to bring it back because another customer needed it, even though we mutually agreed on an 8pm drop off without an additional day charge because I told him up front. Then, when I picked up the truck, it was missing almost 1/4 a gallon of gas, which is fine, HOWEVER, when I dropped the truck off with a FULL tank of gas, he charged me for 2 gallons of gas! I would never recommend this place again. I also looked up the shop he's listed out of (Happy Tired Houston) and he has some terrible reviews. Literally would not ever recommend him again. He's a stealing, deceiving person.
Meggan MThe Uhaul system was not working properly and took me about 30 minutes to be able to signe the contract. Very friendly service at happy tires.
JUAN PThe only issue I had was when I talked to your rep at your contact number. I was trying to find out about the drop off place and the first place was closed and not set up for 24 hour drop off. I had to take the truck to a different location which was way out of the way. I couldn't find it had to call back finally got to the place to drop off the truck. That put me a few miles over and cost me over 15 which wasn't my fault. That's my only issue.
pam cHappy Tires was nice and friendly. Truck was fine and I felt they were nice for the rental although I think we had a miscommunication on the length of the rental time (2days instead of 1 day) initially. But after they called we got it straight. I'd certainly use them again, plus it was easy to get in and out from their location (and get gas before returning).
Daniel AVehicle is all banged up on exterior with scrapes, dents, and patches. Interior had taped up seats, holes in seats and had muddy floors. Overall far inferior to other truck rental companies I have used.
Bradley KDon't have U-haul dealers who store their trailers in muddy lots and have no one there to assist with getting the trailer and hooking it up. Service was so poor at 2521 FM 2920 in Tomball, TX that I left to find a trailer elsewhere. I find it difficult to believe you have them as a dealer.
Robert BPickup was reasonably quick but the single employee was trying to help me and customers at the tire shop.
John CHave a better and cleaner place, person taking care should be focus on one thing at a time not be multi tasking. Truck needs a major wheel alignment.

David HI was not happy with the trailer when I got to my first stop for the night. I opened the door of the trailer to find that it leaked water! I notified uhaul right away.

Jimmy FHave the EXACT trailer that I reserved available. I reserved a 6x12 open utility trailer. All you had was a 6x12 BOX trailer. The inside space was 6 inches too short.... your your attendant me you don't have the open trailers... WRONG! My friend rented one from you last weekend! We managed, but it was far more difficult than necessary.
