DAVID DOBROWOLSKICommunication is key. I rented cargo van from the Bear Creek location. Then I get a text to pickup van Lower Burrell. I called CS, they found the 15065 location for a Van lot closer for me. Got to site, was unable to rent the van on the day I planned because someone failed to relay a message the van had bald tires!! Changed the date to next day, all went well. My issue is updates to the availability of vehicles, I asked for a van not a box truck. Lol didn't want to drive it as far as I had to go with only a few items. Thanks folks for what you do I'm sure it isn't easy logistics.

JUDY GOETZYour web site absolutely sucks!!!!! Had extreme difficulty getting through all the hoops you have to jump into. The email that I got was supposed to get me through the check in. It no. I couldn't do anything. Had to download app for anything to work and that was difficult. Check out was just as bad. I will NEVER use U haul again. Wish I could say some explicatives…….. the ONLY thing that was nice was Melissa who put up with me on the phone. She was great

Doreen ErbeWas charged for 30 additional miles that I did not travel. I should've had him print off the paperwork while I was still there so I could've proved I did not travel those additional miles but owner was busy with his other business & asked if he could sent it to my e-mail later. Very disappointing.

stacey odenWhen picking up vehicle delayed due to establishment couldn't get computer system to work. Was overcharged and also charged for gas when we refilled the gas before returning it. Still have not received our refund after at least 4 phone calls. Our rental date was august 17th for 1 day and we still do not have our refund. If I do not receive it this week, I will be turning them in

TOM BABINSACKThis is not against the location… this is Uhaul corporate. Uhaul did not inform me that my location was changed from where i selected nor was this communicated when I called in a few days before. When I called in to UHaul, I wanted to change my rental to the bigger one which I was told wouldn't be a problem. When I finally get to the new location it's the original truck size and nobody had a record I called. Also, when the location was switched, they didn't sign my up for 24/7 pick up, nor would it let me through the app website. I had to spend another hour on the phone and talking to 3 different people while sitting in a parking lot before I could get the code to unlock the keys because the business is closed 9on the weekends.

LEONARD HOTKOWSKILet them know to use the U-Haul App instead of the internet to pick up and return the truck. We tried for 45 minutes to return the truck online and the page would not load. Tried to contact customer service but it said there was a 40 minute wait time. Tried the chat but it said it would be a 12 minute wait. 20 minutes later no reply. We finally realized there was an app. We downloaded it and returned the truck in 5 minutes.

TERRY BOWSERLet your Costumers know there's no ramps. It was extremely hard for us to move when there was no dolly or ramp.
Raymond HooksI need a call. I put $25 in gas before I dropped it off and the uhaul was at 3/8. I was stuck parking it on a hill which will move the gas needle. I am filling a complaint with the BBB if I am not refunded the $70 in fuel charges. I have the gas receipt to prove the full up.
Andrew HalterWell the gas mileage in this V10 wasn't all that great averaged about 7 and 1/2 mi to a gallon, but I guess that's what it is.

RICHARD KLARERWe were not given proper instructions for pick up could not open the lock box for over two hours had to go home and call customer service for instructions.
TRACY SZALANSKIWhen using uhaul truck share, the wait time for approval is a little too long. I was there for 20 minutes but still had to have the truck back at the time contracted. That wasn't a problem for me, but it may be for someone else.
SHAWN HareThe 10" truck had old paint in the loading area and on the drivers seat. It was old dried paint, but it did get on my furniture and clothing. The guy at Harrison Automotive was nice.

JAMES GARNERThe only thing negative I can say is the tires didn't have good traction, they would spin in the snow. But it really wasn't a big deal. All the main roads were clear, it was just when I was backing into a driveway that the wheels spun. But the U-Haul ran very good and was very clean and maintained. I would definitely do business there again

Pamela GriffithImprove web site,could only get so far then it was freeze up,it sent me to 2 different locations,A1rental and they had no record on their computer of my rental! Tryed multipal x to complete. Rental app.as I was standing in Harisson automotive parking lot it sa I'd I wasn't there once again I had to try to finish app3x before it wd let me in.1 wrong click n I had to start all over and put all my info in again at least 4x biggest pain in the ass I ever dealt with! I was to pick truck up at 8:00 did not leave lot until11:00!
TOM CHRISTYTook almost two hours. u haul site would not work. Had to do over a phone with rep. when dropping off trailer was not in computer under name or phone . took 45 minutes to find trailer. not goof
