I gave a 5 star rating because this location was fine, however online check in was difficult to navigate/did not function properly. I had to call customer service for help and lost almost an hour of moving time because I couldn't get the code to unlock the key to my truck.

RONALD MI had to call UHaul customer service after my pick-up of the truck to correct my address as the customer. What was put in the system by the UHaul representative was the address to where we going to be taking the truck, not my home/billing address.

john mI would NOt RECOMMEND this pick-up by phone. This is the second time I have done it and the second time it has been a DISASTER. Both times it finally resulted in a successful pick-up and drop-off but the first time it set my days work back three hours. This time I was set back only one hour. I will never use this procedure again!
