My husk had cockroaches in it, returned U-Haul 5 hours early because of this. Will be calling tomorrow to follow up

There was a lot of baby roaches on the back of the truck. It's needs to be boomed out for the next person to rent that vehicle

Checking out the truck was fast and easy. Agent was very helpful. The location has everything you need to make your move safe. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Put a U-Haul sign where the office is at I think that would help new customers. My first time, I looked for the main entrance in another building then I realized it was in the store across the street.

I made a reservation when I got there they were closed and had a padlock on the door I called customer service they told me I get $50 credit I think I deserve more I had to go to 3 different uhaul places just to get a truck and wasted my gas in my own car to travel unacceptable I will tell my friends not to use uhaul unless something is done

Always pleasant. I like that the new vans say how many miles per gal they get. Then you clearly know how much gas you need to buy. Always recommend everyone ck details (gas level, truck #s, condition of ...) on paperwork matches the truck or van you rent.

There were excellent people in these places and they helped me, but you created very big problems for me initially, I will definitely leave my feedback on how you provided me with a truck for rent, but I will do it later.

The people who received me for the delivery of the equipment were rude and poorly educated, they were not willing to help me, I had to make a call to U-Haul to resolve the delivery.

As always check the truck / van for id, plate, mileage n any miner damage ect. take pics if you want..

I returned the vehicle 1 hrs early i hope they notice that and don’t charge more.The return with the App don’t upload the pics for the mileage.

The right rear tire had a bolt in it. The tire had 20 % air. I could have gotten killed. Every emergency light was on. Very dangerous vehicle. I'm asking for a full refund.

When renting a truck anywhere, at pick up check truck id, condition-take pics of any damage, check mileage, make sure you get your gas level back to the pickup level. oh yes, clean the truck.

App didn't work well at all spent over an hour and a half to get the app to work so I can pick it up then one hour to return it then 24 minutes on the phone to speek with someone to resolve the issue

Totally confused? Keep referring as there separate 'there not uhaul?' What they do? I'd couldn't Keep up with 'how we do things?' Kinda felt condescending! My charm won him over however never want to go back every again

Had to exchange vehicle because first one was missing the gas cap, which annoyed the worker. Didn't have reserved equipment. Terrible service. Other than that it was great.

The truck was really old and really dirty inside, with wheel alignment issues. I ordered 3 dollys and the locations didn't even have one. I had hired movers coming and it became a very stressful morning trying to find 3 dollys last min which I never did. Moving is stressful enough, dealing with this nonsense shouldn't add to it.
