Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI made a reservation and it was estimated that id pay only around 50, but spent 100 instead. They called it a deposit but never reimbursed the money I didnt use. The owner was disgustingly mean to me amd treated me like a peasant, then still hit me with every fee in the book. On top of everything he had me remark the truck in the pouring rain with a flooded parking lot. I had to wade through shin deep water just to return the key, but he clearly didnt care. I hate this place and if I could I wish I'd never used the UHaul service 😒 As a US marine i have standards, and this made me question what i fought for in this country...

JACKELINE MIt's too bad, bc Harrison's Market and representative gave a good impression, and the truck was new and clean, although it did smell like wet dogs, and it did have used blankets unfolded in the back. But even more importantly, I was charged for things I did not choose, such as Safe Driver, an add'l Rental Charge of 19.95 (which mirrored the 19.95 charged as the rental rate), not to mention the add'l little charges snuck in. The rep did not go over any of those charges with me, which I would have corrected, since I reserved online and definitely did not elect Safe Move. He said it was all taken care of, and now I feel I can't trust that place again.
