The clerk was very helpful in conveying all the important information I needed to rent, use, and return the U-Haul. He also went out of his way to share an instruction video on setting up the towing trailer and all the safety measures to take. All in all, it was a great customer experience.

You can remove Hawgs Window Tinting from renting out your equipment. They closed before posted hours with no instructions for key. I made sure to return at 5:20, hours posted on door said closes at 5:30. Wound up charging me twice as much than if I had paid to have my two chairs delivered by the furniture store and four times what I was quoted by UHaul. I have been a lifelong customer but never again. Charged $267 for 2 hours rental. Never.... ever again.

Mallory HarderNo customer would like to get yelled saying "Get out". I was there to drop the truck, I waited for 15 min and asked how soon I can check out. He said uhaul doesn't pay him and that I had to wait and then he said "Get out" twice if not he would call 911. This would be the last time I would be renting an Uhaul, 2 of my friends were there and they too were surprised by the treatment we got. This is just ridiculous customer support.

James MazzantiI was t there during drop off so can't answer a few of these questions. The only downside is them being closed on the day the truck was returned. The issue we had from them being closed was we had to end up calling a customer service associate due to the mileage being inputted wrong. It was imputed as 99246 but it was supposed to be 9246 so when we returned it it wouldnt let us do the after hour mobile return so we were on the phone for about 45mins with a customer service associate trying to get it returned.

JAMES DIXONi specifically chose the 24/7 self service pickup option to be able to pick up the rental van at/around midnight - showed up to the u-haul location to pick up my rental and when i got to the location (more than half an hour away from my house) the app wouldn't let me process the pick up and told me my reservation had been changed to an in-person pick up and i needed to come back the following morning at 9am when the store opened, this cost me HOURS of travel time and delayed my trip significantly. when i picked up the van and asked why this had been changed and why wasn't i alerted and the attendant just shrugged and said "i don't know" - this was extremely frustrating and unhelpful. i should have been informed at least by the day before my pick up date that my reservation had changed, absolutely unacceptable.

This location added 5 miles to my plans vs. the requested location. No explanation why Uhaul moved. Was charged more of extra mileage = disappointed.
