Parking was tight for the truck but they were super understanding about my not well parked truck.

erman sGreat experience with u haul staff very friendly staff service and great small rental truck for my moving needs and gas gauge worked, mirrors worked and cold AC air and radio and truck drove really well just slow down for bumps. Gas hog lol haha very true facts though 🤷🤦🙄🤣. Great experience.
APRIL SThe location is in an EXTREMELY difficult location to navigate a uhaul truck. The way the trucks are parked require you to exit onto the busiest, most difficult road to be on in Bentonville. The easier exit would be down D Street to a light but that would require a U-Turn out of the parking lot which is not going to happen. The biggest issue I had is with UHual itself and the app, not the location. I was told I could pick up the truck at 8am. The location doesn't open until 9:30 AM. I arrived, began the rental process which eventually failed telling me the rental was no longer available. I was told to call or chat to receive help. The chat didn't help, it was having issues from the server it reported. Then came the phone call, I got to wait on hold for almost 15 minutes, just to go through the same checkout process with the uhaul rep who reported that Uhaul was experiencing some system issues. Guess what, they couldn't get it to work either. So, what was their answer to the problem? You get to sit there until 9:30. Let the movers you paid sit for an hour and a half. I spent more on the movers to sit for an hour and a half than I did on the uhaul. Was I given any compensation? No. No discount. No free Dolly, no free blankets, nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.
