Clear direction to the drop off box for the keys.

Have dropped things off here twice. Both times they say "just give me the keys" we will check it in later. You have to ask them to give you something that proves you turned it in on time and they seem to be bothered that you want something. As an attorney I believe everyone that returns a vehicle should get a receipt that they turned it in and verify the time it was turned in and that they the rental blankets were accounted for. Its a nice location just the only UHAUL I have been to that does not even look at the vehicle when you turn it in.

The lady that I picked the key up from had no idea that I was renting and when I showed her my receipt on my phone, she never even looked at it she just kept saying I don't have a truck for you.

I don't ever want to rent a truck again without cruise control. I had a sprained right knee, so pressing on the gas for hours was so painful.

There was a problem with computer program that kept us there for about 30 minutes!!

When I turned in my keys they never looked to see if everything was cleaned out or not

Requested 3 dozen furniture blankets, they only had two. Was given a refund for the 3rd dozen but had issues at the drop off location because reservation still said I had 3 dozen.

The vehicle we were given was beat up and disgusting, previous users did not submit photos or follow the proper return procedures. The vehicle was given to us nearly empty and returned with nearly a quarter tank, yet I was charged 20 dollars for gas while returning through the online portal. The U-Haul app is non functioning and would not accept any photos of the odometer. The return location's after hours drop box would not fit the key and I had to hammer it into the box to get it to fit. I have spent nearly 5000 dollars on UHauls services within the past 3 months and I can say for certain that this will absolutely be the last time I use this companies services.

The trailer was dirty on the inside, particularly on the inside of the drop down door. Some of my furniture items had to be cleaned after transit
