Clean out the inside of the enclosure, there was dried "red sauce" all over. Make checking out easier. Person from uhaul said the trailer wasn't set up for 24/7 but it let me do it that way. It became a whole ordeal that took 45 minutes and three other people to get figured out. Maybe filter out the people who run the uhaul at places because the lady I picked up the trailer from was very rude.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisU-Haul changed my pick up location the day before I was scheduled to pick up the trailer. Unfortunately, they did not let the new location know that they had a pick up scheduled. It took 45 minutes to get someone to the location who could allow me to pick up the trailer. It was extremely frustrating. It made me run late to load my son’s belongings.
Robin Hmake it more obvious the uhaul is done through the gas station :)
