I rented a 6x12 Cargo trailer. The trailer itself seemed to be in very good condition, however, I'm amazed that Uhaul has never been sued over the rental of this particular size cargo trailer. For some unknown reason, this trailer does not have any type of tongue jack, leaving the renter to have to physically lift the trailer tongue to hitch it to the tow vehicle. I nearly gave myself a hernia in the process. The trailer tongue is very heavy......way too heavy not to have a tongue jack.

Gabriel FloresThe rental process went well, but the had a bad tire that vibrated my truck so bad, I thought my drinks would bounce out of the cup holders. Then the emergency brake level got pulled up and it took at least 2 hours setting on the side of the road waiting for the only guy in the US that had the tool to reset the emergency brake. Why is this tool not attached to the trailer as standard equipment?

Rakesh PatelEquipment was "typical" run down uhaul, so I don't blame the location for that. When driving the air came through the drivers side door because rubber seal bad. Person at location was very friendly and we loved meeting her. Only real problem is it's now 48-hours+ from drop off yet we still have not received a final bill from uhaul. How much are we being charged? We'd like to know that if possible. But otherwise, very happy and would use this location again. Merci.

Mike LEEI was double charged for 15 miles and it clearly stated that I originally was going to be charged 55 for the 15 miles. So on top of the charge of 55 dollars I was charged AGAIN for 50 dollars which I'm upset about because I feel I was scammed

sharita lewisThis was the absolute worst experience I have had with UHaul. I scheduled a truck and car hauler trailer. The trailer was unavailable and I had to take a smaller truck which resulted in us having to leave a car and part of our belongings. Now my wife has no way to go to work. I have not had the funds to make a 4 hour trip to try to get her car and the rest of our belongings so the landlord threw away our stuff. Luckily I was able to have some one retrieve her car as the landlord was trying to sell it. If I should ever require a moving truck again, it will not be UHaul.
JOHN ROWELLThe drivers cab smelled like cat urine. I paid for an appliance dolly and 20 blankets to be pre-positioned in the truck, but they were not. I had to drive to another location to pay again for dolly and blankets. I was in a time crunch so I had to go with the cat pee truck. The people at the second location were professional. First location dropped the ball. In the end I am wasting my time writing this since I don't believe the people at the first location give a crap anyway.

Asianna HoganThey need to do inspections on vehicles when brought back from customers. The tire had huge chunks of rubber missing out of it the transmission was not shifting at all horrible experience did not feel safe at all in that vehicle.

Christopher JohnsonThey are not helpful at this location at all, no one told me where the steer hours drop box was. It was on a light pole surrounded by nothing but mud. I walked for 30 minutes on the property and tried calling uhaul and the location after a day of moving. And when I finally got someone the guy was super rude. If I ever get switched to this location again I will use a different company. I was charged before I ever received the key. Then I was charged the after I returned the truck. The lady never even looked at my license to see if it was valid or if I was who I said.
