The unit I rented had leaves and acorn in it. I took the unit however the load I was to pick up was not available. I returned the unit in the same condition that I received it. The folks at this location were pleasant and helpful. I returned the unit after a 6 hour period and right after they closed. I had no issues and would rent from these folks again. SBSTEPHEN B.

The location was fine and no issues with the location because it was not open. I just dropped off the truck and dolly with no issues at the location after calling Uhaul and walking around the location to find the drop box. Only issues is that the customer service representative at the Uhaul help number was not helpful. Just text me a video to show me how to drop off and it did not play. The representative could of just walked me through the drop off process. Horrible customer service!!!Natisha B.

1. Service was SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. 2. My vehicle has a 7-pin wiring connector; the car dolly had a 4-pin connector. I asked if they had an adapter and was told â€œno,â€ but I could buy one at an auto parts store. I did. After connecting the dolly, I walked around to check the lights and found a taillight COMPLETELY MISSING. I immediately phoned the rental agent only to be told that they couldn't fix it: they didn't have the part and, even if they did, the taillights were SOLDERED IN (a lie); my best option was to take it to a larger dealer, which is what I did. The dealer I went to was at I-20 and Hwy 5 in Douglasville, GA. Not only did he have the part, he replaced it without question (which included PLUGGING IT IN). The agent there commented that I should never have been allowed to leave the other dealer's lot with the equipment in that condition. By the way, I noticed that they had SEVERAL of the plug adapters available for sale. In my humble opinion, the agent where I picked up the dolly KNEW the condition of the dolly and was just passing her problem on to someone else... a POOR WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND NOT SOMEONE YOU WANT REPRESENTING YOUR BRAND. I have already told two people about my experience and intend to tell anyone else if given the opportunity.Van M.

Uhaul ask alot of questions to rent a car trailer. IE year, make, model, engine. The dealer has alot of process and procedures to satisfy for uhaul corp which takes alot of time to complete for what should be a streamlined process. The agent and location were awesome!Jeff B.

Person didn't have much knowledge of system. I had to explain why a balance was showing after I had paid the estimated fee. It was the difference in the fee paid and the $100 deposit. She couldn't fi d a way to pay via credit card so we had to pay cash which has not been credited to my card yet. Very unhappy with the service. She was also babysitting a toddler and the office was a mess.Debra M.
