Using your personal phone to obtain my card and my driver's license info front and back is to me fraudulent and to pretending to not receive information for an e-alert for thirty minutes when it was lifted immediately and to try to add another until I was told to leave that location because the e-alert employee told me something wasn't adding up ....only then did the person state that all was approved. Crooked employee
