And then when he decided to expand his facility we were told to back into about 50 feet of mud without gravel or go elsewhere! What a choice! Other than that it was great! The manager goes above and beyond! Great asset to this facility!

The lady that runs the store is very helpful and friendly. The store is as clean as a whistle. The equipment was in great condition and clean.

Sergio M.The person who accepted my truck was very friendly and made me first priority, allowing me to get the final billing for extra mileage finished immediately. The only downside was the small parking area at the location, which created uncertainty as to where I should have parked the truck.

We tried to return the Uhaul through the self service feature on the website and it would not allow us to upload the photo. We then chatted with a live assistant who was no help, then spent an hour on hold only to be told to call the location in the morning. We spent 2 hours trying to return your equipment after moving all day and it was very frustrating.

Carl G. | Expérience généraleWell the rates for in town is crazy expensive. From Shawnee to Harrah is less than 20miles yet wanted to charge 96$ for one way usage. 30$ for the rental than 0,89 cents a mile is also high overpriced and scetchy equipment

MATTHEW T.No major issues with location except for billing issues and charging me for 2 days and 2 dollies. Major issues were the online check in when picking up the truck. Took about 45min to get verified with digital check on the morning of me needing the truck which cut into my rental time. Couldn't get drivers license verified, phone numbers I added none would allow me to work, why call someone that early, why wasn't this done earlier in the week when I was called to verify the truck. And then get home and no appliance dolly in truck, then I had to call and drive to another location on other side of town to pick up a dolly which again cut into my moving time. This was the worst most terrible experience I have ever had and will never use ugaul again. I would rather move 1 item at a atime and take a week or year to move then rent a uhaul truck again.
