Adam PDrop off was a piece of cake, plenty of room for the 26 foot truck and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

ANTONIO FDid not have the requested / ordered items. The absence of two ordered appliance dollys significantly hindered my move. Unfortunately it left me in quite a situation having specific needs for them. I was provided a furniture dolly that basically was a waste of my money. I was told that there is no way to track the equipment. Disappointing consider I've used U-Haul multiple times in the past two years.

Richard DNot sure why this survey is only requesting feedback regarding the pick up location; if there was a section regarding the use of the app and it's convenience, I would not even give one star. That is the hardest app I have ever used and will never use it again.
Paxton ANo drop off key box nothing mentioning U-Haul. Had to call and get hung up one more than once was told several different solution. After almost two hours just parked the truck and hope for the best. Please take this location off for dropping off a truck. Worst ever.

Robert MThis comment applies to neither place or the rental itself. We had somone from UHaul text us and then call us about hauling a trailer behind our rental. We were glad to help. However, we spent a long time on the phone with the representative explaining everything to us and us asking questions. The offer got canceled only a few minutes after we hung up. What a waste of time. Don't do that to people unless you know the offer is a sure thing.
Jamie BThe cargo mat was not glued so I kept on tripping. I bought it with full tank of gas, but was not provided any refund for extra gas I put in. I think that's a bit unfair because they charge you when you bring it back low.

Mekhi MEverything perfect. The associate was very nice and knew what she was doing the second i walked up. Very knowledgeable and even hooked the tow dolly up for me, and checked to make sure all lights were working. In and out in 10 minutes.

Carol NThe truck had a horrible smell like the windows had been left down and the seats got wet and mildewed. Gave me a horrible headache and nausea. Returned it after 1 day due to the smell.

Rex MExcellent experience with this rental at this location. Completed the reservation and registration on line, including drivers license and method of payment, before showing up to the store. Vehicle was ready and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Same experience upon vehicle return, very fast and easy. Random charge for $2 showed up on my AMEX the next day, may have been nice to know what that was for, but no big deal. Overall I'd rent from there again for sure, couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.
Elgin DI dropped it off at night after hours. They sent me a confirmation saying that they received it, and that the ticket was closed out, made it nice and easy.

Troy PThe website stated I could do mobil check out for the van and let me reserve a unit at 7pm even though the location I was going to closed at 6pm. Luckily, the staff contacted me about picking up the van so I was able to get there in time. But they didn't know the website would allow you to reserve for a time slot after hours at a location were you could not use mobil pick up. Other than that, everyone was great and I will definitely recommend and use this location again in the future for close travels.

But in all honestly that has been my experience across the Pelham, Trussville and Vestavia Hills locations for our business as well. But this location I try to always use for my personal moving needs.
