Employee was very nice and courteous and helped me with trying to split the payment although it didn't work he didn't give up easily and we worked it out.
Ericka M.After I picked up the uhaul and got home, the battery died. The store was helpful in trying to find me a new battery but was unsuccessful. The wait times on hold for uhaul 1-800 was very long. I was in a time crunch. I was very frustrated that this happened. The Helena store was very kind but couldnt get much help from roadside assistance.
Karen D.Your new model of service delivery cannot insure service delivery. It is bizarre. Request needed accessory like hand truck and get to location at time to move and they have none available.
Jerome D.The vehicle was not road worthy which is not the location responsibility those people were courteous,,helpful and nice. I was in a situation that had to get moving done immediately. The steering column was shot and very dangerous. I had to go very slow to keep in lane. The transmission needs work and reverse works only after shifting for awhile. Reverse is kinda important for a truck rental.

I attempted to make a few notes about the equipment and they would not upload, the associate that was helping me explain that your website frequently does not work for customers. The equipment worked as designed and expected I would definitely rent from this location again

NICHOLAUS P.Everything was fine with my rental location, but I don't understand why I was forced to drive 30 miles to get a truck. There literally was one less than 4 miles from my house and it hasn't moved in over a week. Still sitting in the same spot. So I know it wasn't rented already. This cost me more in mileage and more in gas. There are also MANY locations that were closer to me than this one, so I'm just not sure why my reservation was changed, why I wasn't notified, and when I happened to notice it (because I happened to look it up) I called and requested a call back from UHaul and never received it. This is wrong on so many levels.
Dale K.I had just driven 850 miles to our new home. After unloading the truck, I was completely done with trying to navigate that auto carrier around gas pumps. It is not my strong suit. Daniel parked the truck + carrier for me, and unhitched it for me, so that I could refill the gas in the truck. The drop off went well, and I was out of there in good time.
Joseph C.It was not a convenient location pick up place for us, but I guess there aren't many options on a Sunday. The truck needed an alignment. It was not a comfortable ride, but luckily we didn't have to drive more than 100 miles total. We told the person when dropping off the truck.

Norman M.My rental location was changed due to inventory, but I did not receive notification. I only found out because I changed pickup time and requested a call for confirmation. The email with time change did not show new location. Not sure what would have happened if I had arrived at original reserved location/time. Maybe it was moved because of time change??? Messaging on reservation update was not clear.
Amy H.The Ace Hardware was really great. They had teens working and they were great kids. They recommended some restaurants and places to go visit. They also told us stuff about the neighborhood we moved into that we didn't even know! Overall, it was perfect and everything about the place was great!

Stephen S.Though I had already done a reservation and just needed to pickup and pay, it took about 30 minutes. They were trying to charge an extra $25 because they messed with the reservation and added a day. I showed them on my phone that my reservation was for three days and the price I was quoted for three days. It took them forever to even figure out what they had done. Nice guys. Helpful guys. Need more training.

GERD F.One strap was cut and we didn't know until later that evening after we got home ready to load. We had to wait until the next morning to go to Vestavia for a replacement strap. They inspected and found the other strap was on backwards. They also check the tire pressure. None of this check was done at the other location in Helena. This delayed our trip start.
