One strap was cut and we didn't know until later that evening after we got home ready to load. We had to wait until the next morning to go to Vestavia for a replacement strap. They inspected and found the other strap was on backwards. They also check the tire pressure. None of this check was done at the other location in Helena. This delayed our trip start.FRANCES C.

Check the fucking tired before renting out the trailers. My tire had tread missing from it all the way to the belt that was hidden because it was on the bottom when I checked the trailer. I noticed this during my trip and stopped at a uhaul hub hoping to get it replaced or at least swap it for another trailer and they wouldn't do it. With it being a uhaul hub they had plenty of trailers. I tried putting in a road side assistance request and it never went through. Horrible service from uhaul.Payton A.

While the personnel were friendly, I have a grievance with U-Haul's system. I was promised a 17 foot truck for a Friday. On Thursday I received confirmation that the truck would be there. On Friday I called to double check, and I was told that the truck would not be there. I then had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get a new truck, and then I was charged for going over the estimated miles. I'm disappointed in U-Haul's system. What if there hadn't been another truck within a feasible distance?Samuel B.

A representative came outside and assisted us. I told him that the dolly was not inside the truck and I told him that I reported it before we began to load the truck. Of course someone at U-Haul did not make proper notation of this. He called and got it taken care of.norma N.
