Staff is friendly and helpful and the prices for rental are great! Would give 6 stars if I could!

I often needed to access my unit early in the morning. The office informed me that I would be able to access it by 6am every morning. However, the gate wouldn't work and I couldn't access the unit. After about 3 times of this happening, I had to move to a different unit. Besides the gate hours not being correct, It's a wonderful facility that's clean and organized.

The employees there are very helpful and prompt with their responses. If I need another storage unit in the future this place is a no brainer.

Other than that no complaints, all else met expectations.

You really don't need much customer service typically when usingx a storage unit, but I was inconvenienced in MULTIPLE occasions due to billing errors on the companies end, along with poor communication with staff members. I am still waiting for my charges to be corrected as I was overcharged AND billed an extra month instead of getting the refund I was owed. Still no response from staff, even after leaving additional voicemails (no one ever seems to be able to pick up the phone during business hours).
