My service was exceptional on all fronts. I reserved my U-Haul with Casey (Kasey?) at the other New Port Richey location and also bought boxes, packing tape, TV covers, etc. Casey provided excellent customer service and carried the boxes to my car for me. Casey was there to help me with my last move, approximately 2 years ago and I recall she provided the same over and above service they time as well! The gentlemen that I picked up the U-Haul from, sorry, I didn't catch his name, was extremely pleasant and provided the same excellent customer service. My son's card (he works at Sam's Club and they provide them with a loadable MC for direct deposit of their payroll, occasionally gives us problems when we make purchases with it and this was one of those times. The agent was extremely patient and had to hand key the number in and make a few adjustments in order for the card to work. At no time did he make me feel embarrassed or act impatient about this added work. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me, especially as I had the movers with me and the situation could have been very different. I remain a very grateful customer!

ANDREW EThe rental agent was unkind. I had a few questions before renting the vehicle. He was very pessimistic with his answers. Not once did he make eye contact. I could understand if there was a busy crowd, but there was no one else in the facility, which by the way, is an old gas station of sorts. I found out there is a major rental facility about a mile away. I should have gone there.

RICHARD LMy discount could not be included into my reservation, its the second time this happened. Lost two hours when the the reservation place was closed and no one returned my called. They changed my dates, and location prior to pick up.

We didn't know what to make of it. He did answer any questions we had. But all answers were abrupt with no pleasantries.

Michael PThe U-Haul app failed to work for me. I went to return the trailer the night before it was due back, I tried to use the app to verify the equipment return and it would not save any of the pictures I took of the trailer in the app. This was using the app to take the picture, not trying to upload a picture I had previously taken obviously. Now I have to pay an extra $20 just because the app didn't work. No issues with the location or equipment, just the app.
Bryce PUnfortunately I was partially dissatisfied with my first encounter at the U-Haul shop n go where I originally placed my reservation online but it was lost and could not be found and the gentlemen was not very helpful Or courteous of the matter and I had to go out of my way to this location which put me behind schedule and made me late for work, but thankfully this location was very accommodating. I saw online that if my reservation was lost I could be refunded $50 and was wondering if that would be possible for this inconvenience ? Merci.

Mitchel PThe parking is terrible there. No clear path on where to park your personal vehicle and it is right off a 3-lane each side major road that is 50-55mph. So know where to park would reduce the stress of getting off that major road. If someone else is in the process of picking up there is no parking available out front and no signage of where to park otherwise.
