MITCHEL PMy only recommendation would be giving a few miles for free for anyone renting over a few days. $1,39 gets steep after awhile. But everything was great, customer service was excellent. Will definitely be back in the future!

MITCHEL PDisappointed. You asked if we could return trailer earlier since there was a high demand in the returning area. We brought it back 2 days earlier but still paid full price. Would expect a discount for early return.

DONALD CMy service was exceptional on all fronts. I reserved my U-Haul with Casey (Kasey?) at the other New Port Richey location and also bought boxes, packing tape, TV covers, etc. Casey provided excellent customer service and carried the boxes to my car for me. Casey was there to help me with my last move, approximately 2 years ago and I recall she provided the same over and above service they time as well! The gentlemen that I picked up the U-Haul from, sorry, I didn't catch his name, was extremely pleasant and provided the same excellent customer service. My son's card (he works at Sam's Club and they provide them with a loadable MC for direct deposit of their payroll, occasionally gives us problems when we make purchases with it and this was one of those times. The agent was extremely patient and had to hand key the number in and make a few adjustments in order for the card to work. At no time did he make me feel embarrassed or act impatient about this added work. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me, especially as I had the movers with me and the situation could have been very different. I remain a very grateful customer!

ANDREW EThe rental agent was unkind. I had a few questions before renting the vehicle. He was very pessimistic with his answers. Not once did he make eye contact. I could understand if there was a busy crowd, but there was no one else in the facility, which by the way, is an old gas station of sorts. I found out there is a major rental facility about a mile away. I should have gone there.

RICHARD LMy discount could not be included into my reservation, its the second time this happened. Lost two hours when the the reservation place was closed and no one returned my called. They changed my dates, and location prior to pick up.

benjamin mlocations went above and beyond renting just before they closed it had a wiring problem that they corrected at no additional charge. the delay in leaving was noted so that they didn't charge me for another day when I was a half an hour late I can really appreciate that from a customer standpoint. thank you again for a great rental and we will be sure to recommend you to others.
