Wanted to use a closer location, but was changed to this location, they did not have any moving blankets even though I reserved many weeks in advance. I assume that's why I couldn't use the location closer, but had to pay extra miles and deal with the inconvenience of finding blankets at another rental company. Will not use this service again.

JOHN M.Pick up location was 45 min away from Milwaukee. The “office†was the back of some guys poll building. It was not well marked and I felt like I was trespassing trying to find someone to talk to. It took 45 minutes to finally get the trailer because the guy said they booked two pick ups at the same time. Having another employee, managing appointment times and better signage would have improved the experience.
