The location and vehicle were fine. The lack of an actual person to complete the check out and check in transaction is horrible. If I wanted to be a U-Haul clerk I would send my apply. The app didn't work for my Apply phone and the apps process is long and arduous. Horrible process with a corporation being too cheap to have actual humans as CSR's.

Wanted to use a closer location, but was changed to this location, they did not have any moving blankets even though I reserved many weeks in advance. I assume that’s why I couldn’t use the location closer, but had to pay extra miles and deal with the inconvenience of finding blankets at another rental company. Will not use this service again.

ANDREW BDid not have ordered moving blankets and trailer interior smelled like gasoline. Had to be steam cleaned to remove odor. But attendant was nice.
