However, There was serious confusion where to drop off truck. Went to one location, indicated they couldn't accept the truck which was further away from the original location I was booked for... Drove an extra 10 miles and back, to drop the truck at the original location. Ugh, very painful after a long day.

Archie PTruck was dirty, nasty need to be vacuumed shampooed ,wiped down and also washed. Also low fluids and needed maintained for Tire monitor system for the truck. Seems like the truck wasn't even checked over or cleaned it all poor part only the company that venture U-Haul's from you guys. And I didn't feel safe driving the truck because of the tire situation but I was in a situation. I had to have this truck at that time and date I had no other where to a truck or time to. Absolute terrible experience with you U-Haul.

Joseph CThe pickup truck was muddy inside and the key fob was not functioning. It took us a while to figure out how to start the vehicle without the key fob-- it was an electronic start process. But the store staff was very kind in helping us figure it out so we didn't cut the truck off during the couple hours of use for fear we'd be stuck somewhere if we couldn't get it started again. Everything else was excellent, we were told by the staff about the muddy interior and non-functioning key fob before giving me they key fob. Very, very nice people and I would highly recommend this U-Haul location.
Jean WThe online check in process is HORRID. It was very frustrating, and the information requested felt like it came out of nowhere. The need to have a second person added to the rental to confirm identity was not explained at all until arrival and that caused major headaches. The truck was fine and the people at the location were very kind, but the online checking process needs some serious work.

david sIt took us a long time to actually get the truck, which ate into our 4 hour window. When we got in the tire pressure indicator was on so we had to stop for air. However there must have been a hole because the air pressure never did get to where it was supposed to be. Then when we got to our house to load up the back was filthy! It took us more time to sweep and clean up all the mud and nails and screws. Now we were way behind schedule. Our pick up was 9:30 am. At 11:30 someone from the corporate office called up see if we needed the truck. My online check in didn't go through. She told me she would check us in at 11:24 and my 4 hour window would start from there. That would have been great but on the contract that she sent me it said check out was 11:24am and the check in time was still 1:30! So then I spent the next hour on the phone being transferred back and for between reservations and customer service. Finally someone said they would indicate on my contract that my drop off time was 2:30. We returned the truck at 2:30 and I have not seen an actual bill. I have no idea if I am going to get charged extra for this or not but I will never use U-Haul or the place we picked up from ever again! We will go buy our own trailer or use another company!
