Very helpful, I had trouble with my car on the trailer. One of the guys there helped me for quite a while. Being a Sunday, there were not many folks around to help me.

TODD MI returned the vehicle with more fuel than I left with and was still charged for 4 gallons. Also, I was not made aware that the cleaning fee and rental tax would be more than the actual rental. It may have been on the receipt at pick up, but the receipt was so blurry that I could barely make out the company logo or name at the top. The rental totaled more than I could have paid someone else in labor and a truck. Never again. I'll just rent a truck from Enterprise and make several trips if necessary with unlimited mileage.

Michelle PWhen I reserved it said mobile check in is available at the Collins Blvd, Covington, LA location. So, I chose that method. Upon arrival, it was not available.
Richelle MI originally was supposed to pick up from another location. I called day of to ask a question because I had never received the confirmation call. I was told they had my reservation, but did not have a truck in the size I ordered. We were uncomfortable having to drive the bigger truck. Then, I was told I had to go to another location 40 minutes out of the way to pick up the new truck and the location would not be open during pick up hours. But since we had requested pick up in person, I was unable to do check in from my phone. I then had to sit and wait for 20 minutes in live chat to get one response aside from the original "hello". We weren't able to take the truck until an hour after our new pick up time which made us even later. The truck also had a dent on the back bumper that was hidden in the pictures with an ice chest.

Jack DTrailer had dog poop and mud in it. Yard had giant puddles and mud holes in it. The trailer itself was inaccessible with a small dumpster blocking it. Employee had me doing most of the hookup.

CHAD Dperformed check in with mobile app same as truck rental before had the owner call me and threaten to call the police on me for stealing the trailer. Had to return to rental yard to be screamed at by the owner because I took the trailer without checking in, I told her I did it on the app. if not allowed to check in with app for trailers it should put up a warning. I lost an hour of rental and gas to return to rental yard but still got charged full price. the owner very unprofessional screaming at customers and threating to call police. I have rented 3 trucks in the past 2 months and will not return.
James LCalled to let me know the trailer is delayed being returned for me to rent, and offered to find another. Called back within an hour to let me know they had a trailer ready for me.
GARY GOur original location and time was changed 24 hours in advance. We had to reschedule our movers and then when we showed up at the new location they didn't have the proper trailer. It had been switched for a smaller one. We had to drive across town to get the proper trailer. Very disorganized, time consuming, and hard to schedule movers. The equipment was well maintained and very nice. The lady at Holden's wrecker worked very hard to locate us the trailer size that we needed so we were thankful for that! People nice, U-Haul very disorganized.
William CMy original reservation was at Peacock Chevron. We made our reservation 3 weeks in advance and another customer was able to override our reservation and our truck was not there. We had to wait for over an hour after our reservation time for U-Haul to accommodate us with another truck.

Alicia MI originally did not reserve the truck from this location since it is almost an hour from where I lived but the UHaul around the corner from my house that I did reserve did not have the truck. Second time this has happened to me with UHaul.

Robert SI dropped it off after-hours... so I went through the online drop-off wizard and took pictures and what not. Not a bad process, but I was pretty pissed about the rainwater leaks while doing it extra, self-checkout work for Uhaul. I tried putting "Not Applicable" for helpful personnel, but it wouldn't let me... and since I saw zero personnel, I had to put NO.
Corey BThe truck, including the windshield, was completely covered in bugs (the windshield wipers were glued down by bugs and I had to peel them off the windshield.) The inside of the cab smelled of smoke but the truck inside was clean.
Rebecca GI was doing mobile pickup, but this area has low cell service. It took longer to get through all the steps. Then, the key was locked in a box and the app couldn't tell me the code- so I had to call and wait 10 minutes to speak to someone when I was already on a tight schedule. The purpose of the app is to make things faster and easier, but it fails at that. The location was closed when I picked up, so using this location when people are there may be better. I didn't have that option for the equipment I needed.

Thomas MCrabby little lady that rented truck to me has no concept of customer service or politeness. She was not able to communicate beyond an 8th grade level or chose not to. She seemed miserable and was not a pleasant person. Will not use this location again.
richard tReturned truck around 4 PM and the location was closed. Couldn't report multiple issues with the truck. Charged a cleaning fee even though the truck was filthy when I picked it up.
Jessica GVery pleased with the management team of this location. The equipment/truck was ready and available at pick-up time. The rental site was easy to deal with. Payment was as expected. Special note regarding Ms. Laura Holden, the contact person and the person I interacted with the most. In my opinion, "Holden's Wrecker Service" serves as a great asset to the U-Haul brand, and I would absolutely patron them again as well as recommend them to my community. Best, Art Sevin
Art SThe online rental system is completely broken. I spent 45minutes trying to get my van. In addition, my booking was requested for 7 hours and after finally unlocking my vehicle, I got a notice that it was due back after 4 hours from my pickup time. So frustrating.
Christopher GI made a reservation with an order number that was 100 % GUARANTEED. (Confirmed with customer service). I received a text the morning of the reservation disclosing the location had changed. The Collins location was extremely helpful, although the change was VERY INCONVENIENT!!!!!! I find being notified of the change the morning of the reservation by text was bad customer service! I do appreciate the $50 credit that was applied when called U-Haul, BUT 100 % guarantee is 100 %!!! It is U-Haul's RESPONSIBILITY to get the truck from Covington to Hammond where it was guaranteed to be, NOT THE CUSTOMER. Otherwise, do NOT GUARANTEE.
