This place was a disaster. It's an otherwise empty lot besides a few trucks and homeless people. The morning of my reservation I was called by another location telling me that this location wouldn't have my truck so I should go to them. Then I was called by this location 10 min before the pickup time and told they had my truck and equipment ready. I made the mistake of going here. There was no office or person in the lot, they had none of the equipment requested. I had to call the rep myself to get the rental started and they just told me they took my equipment off the order and I should drive to another UHaul to get it. The other UHauls did not have dollies or furniture dollies and now that they weren't on my order all I could do was purchase one or rent from a hardware store for triple the price. Do not go here.

The truck smelled like weed. Did not go away.
MARK WThis location was basically an empty parking lot with some random U-Haul‘s and broken signs and no one here at all to help with anything
DIRK SAbsolutely worse U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. Nobody was on location for pick up and drop off! The U-Haul was on E with the lights on and my property was damaged because there are holes in the ceiling of the truck and rain water fell through! I’ve used U-Haul countless times and this was absolutely horrendous experience
Opeyemi AThis was not the location that I asked to rent the truck from. This is the only place with the truck. The guy was helpful.
Robert HRICK WAS AMAZING AND HELPFUL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️‼️‼️
Kaylan WThis location appears to be a scam. I chhose mobile pickup but when I arrived there is no office and a man from Uhaul checked me in on his phone so I couldn't use mobile pickup. When i returned I used mobile dropoff and recorded end mileage but they overcharged me 100 miles over $100 over charge. There was also no key drop or office for return. Even the other Uhaul 1 mile away could not give me direction as the location is hard to find and just a parking lot. Be sure to take your own pictures of the mileage so you don't get scammed. Avoid this location
Matt ASmelled likes smoke. Barely any gas in the truck
Brendan CBoth pick up and drop off locations are scams. The website told me 484.00 but when I got there, it was 520.00 I was charged for gas when I had to fill it up when I got it. U-Haul is a complete scam and I will be disputing the extra charges.
