The truck passenger mirror fell off the highway as I was driving. Other than that. Everything was good

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis place was a disaster. It's an otherwise empty lot besides a few trucks and homeless people. The morning of my reservation I was called by another location telling me that this location wouldn't have my truck so I should go to them. Then I was called by this location 10 min before the pickup time and told they had my truck and equipment ready. I made the mistake of going here. There was no office or person in the lot, they had none of the equipment requested. I had to call the rep myself to get the rental started and they just told me they took my equipment off the order and I should drive to another UHaul to get it. The other UHauls did not have dollies or furniture dollies and now that they weren't on my order all I could do was purchase one or rent from a hardware store for triple the price. Do not go here.
Stephen WThe truck smelled like weed. Did not go away.
MARK WThis location was basically an empty parking lot with some random U-Haul‘s and broken signs and no one here at all to help with anything
DIRK SAbsolutely worse U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. Nobody was on location for pick up and drop off! The U-Haul was on E with the lights on and my property was damaged because there are holes in the ceiling of the truck and rain water fell through! I’ve used U-Haul countless times and this was absolutely horrendous experience
