The equipment was okay (looked like it had been sitting for awhile), but in good condition. Other places I've rented from have required validation of who I am (Driver's Licence) and they've helped hood up the equipment. Here, I was asked my name, and we were told we were good to go. It was a good thing we knew what we were doing!

Vijay NUnfortunately my original reservation was to include moving blankets, but when I arrived there were none to be found. Owner said that I wouldn't be charged for them, but it was still included on my credit card charge the next day. Other than that everything else was fine.

Terri MThis was not where we were supposed to pick up, the original location didn't leave the keys for our pickup. We spent half an hour in the phone with customer service then had to drive out of town to pick up a truck. Not happy about that at all.

JEROME CYour website was confusing and changed the pick up location to the Tolono address which I had no idea was a possibility.. Had I not gone back and checked I would have been at the wrong pick up location.
James EI did not receive the moving blankets I had rented. When I called there wasn't any to be located except to maybe get some from another place which I did not have time to do. No where was it communicated that they were not available.

linda cWe were to have a dolly. The guy was more like it not his problem, he has no dollies. Call a location. He had to google how to get there no further assistance and waste more time to pick up equipment. And another location 15+minutes away.

John LIt was a bit confusing where to park here as it is a small parking lot. I did enjoy having it be so close to where I was moving to so I don't mind. It was a very convenient location.

Lindsay AVehicle was not available at the time requested. This caused a delay in getting our items loaded and the departure to our end destination. Although I ordered furniture pads when making the reservation, this location did not have furniture pads. I had to go to another location to get the pads. This was very inconvenient.
willard mCouldn't have been better. The gentleman who took care of both the rental and return was pleasant and efficient. The truck was clean and new. I had no problems.
