Put a jack on the trailer tongue. Way too heavy. Someone is going to injure their back. Replace trailer wire pig tails more often

Edward DYou charged me for two days which I only had it one day and then I have to wait to get my reimbursement. Moving cost a lot of money and I really needed my money. I shouldn't have been charged for two days in the beginning now I am broke and waiting on money to hit my bank and it has been two days and it is not here yet.

Tammy TI was charged for 2 days rentals and two days of insurance when I have the truck for less than 12 hours. I was told by the contractor that if I brought the truck back before noon the next day that I would only be charged for the rate of the truck and for what miles that I used.

Dennis MRepresentative wasn't friendly at all. The first auto transport he offered to us had a bad tire that had minimal tread and it appeared to have broken belts. Not a good choice when traveling 900 miles and a risk of safety with the bad tire. My wife noticed the tire and requested the next trailer that was in better condition. Cost of if rental is way too high to tow a vehicle!! Supply in demand like everyone is using to justify cost is b.s. and an excuse and a legal way to steel money from the customers.
scott hWhen picking up the trailer, I asked Jon at the desk if I could change my drop off location. He said to call the rep number and it shouldn't be a problem and it shouldn't cost any extra. I called the rep and told him I need to change the drop off location. Mike got it changed and told me I was good to go. Then I get a text saying that there will be a few to drop it somewhere else. I asked him how much it would be and he couldn't tell me. How can the rep not tell me how much it will be, but a person at a U-Haul facility can? It would have just been one phone call to find out but he didn't do that. After finding out how much extra it would be, I ended up having to do a 3 and a half out round trip to return the trailer to where I got it from. Even though, I was told that I was good to go by two people. All I want to know is why nobody can answer a simple question about how much things cost? The rep mike was apparently the boss of wherever he was and he couldn't help me at all finding out and he didn't change the drop off location like he told me he had. If I can find out how much it will be by making one extra phone call and mike can't find out even though he is the "boss" of wherever he is, there is something seriously wrong with your "upper management". Someone how. Actually caring about answering a simple question and doing the job they are paid for is apparently too had for this company to do. I will be contacting a guy named Ryan who is apparently mikes boss, even thought he told me he was the boss. I want answers why a simple question couldn't be answered, a refund for the trailer, and reimbursed for my time and fuel to make a 3 and a half hour round trip drive to return it where I picked it up from when it should have been fixed before I even left.
