Truck was old and really should be retired. My pick up location was changed without any notification. I ordered a furniture dolly and an appliance dolly. Got neither!! Very poor execution. Oh and also tank was on a quarter tank. Policy is trucks get returned with the same amount when picked up. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Rent them full and expect them to be returned full!! Who wants to start out there stressful day having to deal with putting in fuel?? And at a quarter, how much do I put in?? You would have to put some in to start the day. And if you return it with more fuel do you get reimbursed?? I bet not. Very disappointed with the operational side But let me compliment the customer service folks! They did an outstanding job of addressing my concerns, but it still didn't fix anything. I will not choose U-Haul for any future moves

Clifford BEverything from Hoosier Stash was great. I had a problem with Uhauls renting website. The site allowed me to book a 20 foot truck with a confirmation code. I was called very quickly by your man at Hoosier Stash. He explained there were no 20ft trucks for the day I needed. He offered a 15 foot truck and that worked fine. I was glad he was on it so fast.
