MICHAEL SThe location is relatively small so it's difficult to be bale to take pictures of the truck at all the angles. I fell when I went to take a picture of the passenger side because there was no space to get in-between the trucks. I sprained my ankle andwas unable to fully use the truck

REGINALD MAfter receiving the keys and contract info, I went out to the truck and started the vehicle and noticed that the Engine Light was on. Contacted the Saleperson and she immediately contacted the maintenance crew. it took them 15 minutes for them to arrive at the location, and they immediately troubleshooted the problem. problem was a faulty gas cap, they cleared the code and I was on my way after loading up. The light came back on in Virginia.

LAUREN MHad an issue with the time frame we needed the U-Haul thought we had rented it for 3 days not 6 hours so the store owner calls me threatening to call the police on me if I don’t give him my card info immediately then we returned the U-Haul with the amount of gas that we had left with and they called to tell me they were charging me $60 for gas

Omar AIf it wasn’t for the gentleman when I had to return the truck being so rude and disrespectful and not giving me a chance to ask any questions he was not helpful and again very rude disrespectful and definitely does not need to be in customer service the woman when I picked the truck up was very nice very helpful and very pleasant, if it wasn’t for him, I would recommend this place again but because he’s there, I definitely wouldn’t recommend the place because I don’t condone that type of treatment.
Lauren BI was a little worried because this was not a dedicated Uhaul center but instead was a gas station. However, the individual at the counter simply explained that I only needed to unhook the trailer and leave it. I did so and also used the UHaul app to verify the drop off. I found the app very user friendly and intuitive. Even for an old guy like me who is not great with technology. I also like the fact that my receipt can the next day. Overall a good experience.
john dThe lady at the counter was very helpful and answered my questions. Everything went well with pick up. I wish the policy was that I received a full tank of gas. It was only 1/4 filled. At the end of the trip I returned 1/2 of gas. I donated 1/4 tank of gas. Either change policy back to requirement that full tank or refund extra gas the customer purchases.

RONNIE WI had a very frustrating experience at this location. I will say the employees were very nice, however it took an extraordinary amount of time - 45 minutes - to enter the reservation into their system.

Isael BOwner charged me for 90 miles at pickup even after i stated i would be going less than 10 (was quoted $45 online). There's no reason for a $150 hold should be on my account for a short trip uhaul. Definitely won't go back to this location.

Gabriel CThey're very rude. I did a mobile pickup but they don't actually set it up so you have to go inside. Then they act like you're stupid. You did mobile, you have to do it on your phone. No, you didn't put the key in the lockbox so I'm here now. Upon return, checking it back in (again, mobile), I had the attendant outside opening up the truck telling me I had to remove things from the back of the U-Haul that were there when we rented (they obviously didn't run out and check the last renter) or I'd be charged extra. I sucked it up and helped guy out by removing them and because I don't want to be charged extra for something I didn't even do. As I'm taking my return photos they dude literally hops in the truck and moves it (see photo). I use U-Haul location is across the state and hands down this was the worst. Then to top it off, I completed my check in and go to get a drink for the road, he tells me he'd like me to wait in store because he doesn't think my card that I paid for rental with would go through. Horrible rental experience. O and the truck itself, horribly maintained. Gears slipping, super sketchy. I had it in reverse but it didn't shift out of neutral. Had to put in park and keep shifting to get it into reverse. Very very dangerous and honestly, I should get a refund just based on the death trap of a truck. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

DENISE POwner is very professional and runs his business like he cares about the customers. I've been renting uhaul trucks here for about 10 yrs. I always go there for my needs. He didn't have a truck I needed and he found a way to accommodate me within 20 minutes on Sunday at 12 noon.
Charles HGet your shit together and stop telling people to pick up where there are no trucks and stop telling people to drop off where they can't check trucks in.
Joseph MHire a new representative that handles uhaul reservations & speak professional. The lady at the counter did not understand my questions concerning the dolly in the uhaul without secure straps inside of the uhaul truck & when I asked her additional questions concerning the drop off she told me to shut up & give her back the keys. She was rude, she was unprofessional & didn't inform me of the checkout process for a one way uhaul trip. Maybe it was a racial & cultural difference but I will NEVER go back to this location and I would never recommend anyone I know to go there. If people I knew had my experience she would be in a hospital.

Carl GThe truck drove horribly, and the man at the counter when I returned the truck was kind of rude. He was talking about sweeping it out, so I did; however, the stuff I was sweeping out was not from my move it was there when I got the truck.

Latarsha RMake sure the clock is adjusted for Daylight Savings so the customer doesn't find himself late, like I did which caused me to rollover to another day, but I needed so it worked out.
