KATHRYN HExceptional service! Paperwork was ready, reservation was honored, trailer was lined up and ready to go. Even through there were two other customers, I was out within 15 minutes on the road. The gentlemen ensure I hooked the trailer up, all safety considerations. When I returned, he unhooked the trailer and I was on my way. outstanding customer service. Highly recommend. The utility trailers are in high demand, ensure you arrive at or prior to your reservation time.

Vaughan WThe trailers no longer have tongue cranks and the tongues are quite heavy, at least on the 6x12 trailer. Maybe offer a jack to assist any customer who is by themself, if there is no staff available to assist. Other than that everything was fantastic.

IMAN WI used the 24/7 app to rent truck. App made me do steps several times taking pictures. Need additional phone number other than the number I had given them. Had to call in to Uhaul because it was after hours 6:00 am, to help out. It was frustrating. Because I rented from Uhaul too many times to count. This was unexpected and time consuming. Not like I have not been a loyal customer Over all it worked out.

Vaughan WAlignment was really off. Made it really hard to drive. The back end was offset so much that when the front wheel was on the white line the back end was almost in the other lane.

Vaughan WHe was very rude and unprofessional and told me that I can't pick up my equipment using the U-Haul app he also attempted to charge me a $160 deposit for a rental that cost less than $40 then he cancelled my reservation and then proceeded to change the deposit amount to $200 durning the transaction. This was the worst experience I have ever had rental with U-Haul. I do not recommend this location
Letravious WMr. Sam was very helpful from my first phone call. He explained why I had to call to U-HAUL to obtain authorization to leave the trailer at his location. Once U-HAUL approved leaving the trailer at this location Mr. Sam was very friendly and professional. He is a big asset for U-HAUL.

MAURICE TVery honestly, I am regarded as a tough customer. House of Beauty's UHaul rental program makes me a very happy customer ! The service is excellent. The owner has never once failed to to deliver, nor has he had any reason to offer any excuse for any aspect of the rental experience not being perfect. Needless to say that's because the experience is always perfect and always professional. There's no waiting around, no delays. The equipment is clean and ready to go. Not only that, the business owner is extremely hospitable and always makes certain his customers are properly greeted and feel welcome when they enter. No one could ask for a better UHaul rental experience than found at House of Beauty. It's the BEST !
