The U-Haul vehicles should not be trashed by a construction company that used it prior. The normal U-Haul vehicles are clean and well maintained but the one I got today a construction company tore it up that U-Haul should have sold that company the vehicle.

I have pictures i droped the truck off two days earlier you charged my card extra 200 accord to your employer daniel. Will be calling my bank to refund everything and oaid more than what was resevrd online even after not having all equipment and made to go to 3 didderenr locations. SCAM!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY.

I wish the cargo trailers came with more metal hooks on the inside instead of in the corners for strapping stuff in or had the option of tie down points running along the front and back on the floor.

Nothing. Every single thing from beginning to end was perfect ALL because of Sam. As a Customer Service Mgr by trade with over 25 years of experience, he provided A+ service. I was in a panic trying to help my son move when his arranged service had to cancel at the last minute. Sam listened and assured me he would help me if anything came in. He kept his word. I'll never forget it. I will be his customer as long as he is there!
